13 From bulk cargo to universal port complex This large dry bulk cargo centre handles majority of sea-shipped imported iron ore and huge qantities of coal. Fertilizers as well as grain and other agribulks have also become important cargoes. Other dry bulk cargos handled by the ports of Szczecin and Świnoujscie include aggregates, coke, dry and liquid chemicals and minerals.
