1 STATE OF ARIZONA SCHOOL FACILITIES BOARD * SCHOOL FACILITIES BOARD * NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated (A.R.S.) , notice is hereby given to the members of the School Facilities Board and to the general public that the School Facilities Board will hold a meeting open to the public on September 5, 2002 at 10:00 A.M. at the Congress Elementary School Library, located at S. Tenderfoot Hill Road in Congress, AZ. The purpose of the meeting is to ratify any action of the School Facilities Board that may have been taken in violation of the Open Meeting Law. The action to be ratified, as well as a description of the nature of such action, is listed in the accompanying agenda. The public may obtain a detailed written description of the action to be ratified, and all deliberations, consultations, and decisions by members of the public body that preceded and relate to this action to be ratified at the School Facilities Board office at 1700 W.
