1 Send money via Western Union using your OceanPay Visa Prepaid Card! Send money to friends and family worldwide from your OceanPay Card for pick up at over 510,000 Western Union locations or to a bank account, without leaving the ship. With OceanPay, you spend less time managing your money and more time enjoying life. Send Money with Western Union Once you have registered for a Western Union account, follow the steps below to send money. Step 1 > Visit the website located on the back of your OceanPay Card. > Click on the Send Money Home tab. > Click on the Western Union logo to access the Western Union registration site created specifically for OceanPay cardholders. > Enter your Card Number. > Enter your PIN. > Click Submit. You will be redirected to the Western Union registration page. Please be patient. This process may take a few moments. 1

2 Step 2 > Once you are on the Western Union site, click Log In. > Login using your Username and Password created during Western Union registration. > Click Send Money To A Person. Step 3 SEND MONEY TO AGENT LOCATION (If you want to send money to a bank account, skip to Step 7) > From the drop down box, select the country where you will send money. > Enter the amount of money you would like to send. You can choose to enter either the USD amount or the foreign currency amount. > Click Show Fees and Services. > Choose when you want the money to arrive. To send money to a Western Union location using your OceanPay Card, select the first option - In Minutes, Pay With Visa, Pickup Cash at Agent Location. > Click Save Changes. Sending money to a bank account? Skip to Step 7 to send money to a bank account using your OceanPay Card. 2

3 Step 4 > Enter the First Name and Last Name of the person that will pick up the money. > Enter the City and choose the State/ Country where the receiver will pick up the money. > Choose a payout currency either US Dollar or the foreign currency. > Select Visa as your card type. > Enter the 16-digit card number found on the front of your OceanPay Card. You must use your OceanPay Card otherwise the service will not work. > Choose the expiration date found on your OceanPay Card. > Enter the 3-digit security code that can be found on the back of your OceanPay Card. > Click Continue. If you will send money to this person again, click the check box next to Save This Receiver s Address Information. Please note: If you transfer over $1,000, you will need to enter additional information from your government-issued photo ID. You can select to enter details from your driver s license, passport, State ID, Government ID, or Alien ID. 3

4 Step 5 > Review the information for accuracy. > Enter the security code that is shown in the box. > Place a checkmark to confirm that you agree with the Terms & Conditions. > Click Send Money. Step 6 The Money Transfer Summary is available in the upper right corner of each page. If anything is incorrect or you wish to make a change, select Change Service. > Provide the recipient with the tracking number that is shown. > You can print a receipt for your transaction. > Click Log Out to end your session. A picture ID is required to pick up the money. 4

5 Step 7 SEND MONEY TO A BANK ACCOUNT > Where available, you can send money from your OceanPay Card to a bank account. > From the drop down box, select the country where you will send money. > Enter the amount of money you would like to send. You can choose to enter either the USD amount or the foreign currency amount. > Click Show Fees and Services. > To send money to a bank account using your OceanPay Card, select Pay with Visa, Direct to Bank Account. > Click Continue. The receiver s account must be a local currency payout account. 5

6 Step 8 > Enter the First Name and Last Name of the receiver that owns the bank account. Enter all bank details for the account. These fields will vary by county but could include Bank Name, Bank Code, Branch Code, Account Number, BIC, or IBAN. > Select Visa as your card type. > Enter the 16-digit card number found on the front of your OceanPay Card. You must use your OceanPay Card otherwise the service will not work. > Choose the expiration date found on your OceanPay Card. > Enter the 3-digit security code that can be found on the back of your OceanPay Card. > Click Continue.
