2 Transforming Your Life How to live the life of your dreams? We create by feeling, not by thought! To live a great life and manifest your heart's desires you need to always be in a positive state of mind, constantly projecting positive energy. This positive energy will attract positive situations, positive people, and positive experiences in your life. So if you want to turn your life around, bring in abundance, health, safety, freedom, and happiness you have to learn how to manipulate your "feelings" and a whole new world opens for you. To start consciously and deliberately emitting positive energy simply follow these eleven steps as suggested in the book "The law of attraction Plain and Simple" by Sonia Ricotti 1.Decide What You Want "If you don't know where you are going, you'll end up somewhere else." Yogi Berra In order to truly manifest and attract all that you desire in life, you must first decide what you want. Most people don't know what they want or focus most of the time on what they don't want. When you focus on what you don't want, you are experiencing negative thoughts and emitting negative energy which results in attracting more of the same negative situations, people, and experiences. Once you know what you want and focus your attention on that, you will automatically project positive energy. When deciding on what you want be unrealistic. Dream big! Anything is Possible If You Believe. Don't worry about exactly how what you want will develop in your life. Once you start emitting positive energy the universe will respond. It is as simple as that. To uncover what you want in life make a list of all the things you don't want and then go through every statement and change it into a positive statement of what you want. 2.Choose Your Thoughts and Feelings When you become aware of what you are thinking and feeling all the time, you can direct negative thoughts and feelings and turn them into positive ones. Your feeling barometer will advise you on whether you are on track to attracting all that you desire. If your feelings are negative or the scale on the barometer is low, then do what is necessary to change them.
3 On your wheel of life rate your level of satisfaction on a scale from 1 to 10, in every area of your life: Family/Friends, Finances, Health, Romance/Significant Other, Career, Fun/Recreation, Personal Growth, Environment. Now discover which areas are most important to you? In which area would you like to increase your satisfaction? Write down the actions you are willing to make to reach a 10 or the highest level of satisfaction. Chase away your inner saboteur Anytime you go out of your comfort zone or do anything new or different, there is always an inner voice telling you that you can't do it, you are not good enough, or that you may fail. Recognize that this saboteur is your fear and just realize that this inner voice is only you!! The only person that is stopping you from living your greatest life is you. Therefore, deal with your saboteur now; you can shut it up, banish it or send it away on a world cruise. Keep The End In Mind Always begin with the end in mind. At the end of your life what would you like to be remembered for? What words or actions would you like to describe you? This will determine what your most important values are and will guide you to discover your true purpose on this earth. Reevaluate how you are living your life and align yourself with your core values. 3.Remove Meaning "Nothing is, unless your thinking makes it so." William Shakespeare Do you know that we create the meaning of everything we experience in life? We decide whether an experience is positive, negative, or neutral. We choose how we interpret life experiences and our interpretations are usually based on past experiences, beliefs, and upbringing. Realize that your interpretation is something you made up. It is all a creation of your mind. Therefore, you have the power to choose what feelings you attach to each situation, event, and experience. To help you in that, separate the facts of the situation from your interpretation of the situation (fiction). When you become conscious of the mere facts then you can choose your own positive meaning to attach to that event. These conscious positive choices will keep you in a positive state no matter what the circumstances.
4 4.Let Go, Stop resisting "When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us." Helen Keller Accept your life exactly the way it is and let go of the way you think it should be. Let go of control and allow everything to simply "be". Whenever you are feeling uncomfortable, unhappy, or any other negative emotion, you are resisting something in your life. Resistance causes persistence; it emits negative energy and attracts more of the same negative situations in your life. Therefore, release, let go and accept the fact that "it is the way it is." 5.Forgive Forgiveness is the key to emitting and creating positive energy. We have all experienced negative events in our life and many of us are holding grudges towards the individuals who caused us such events. By holding grudges and resentments we are emitting self defeating negative energy. It is like dragging around an anchor with you at all times. In order to release that anchor and free yourself from that negative energy you must let go of the feelings by forgiving. Recognize that every negative experience holds a lesson to be learned. Identify the lesson learned and then be thankful for the experience. Forgive and allow yourself to let go of the anger, resentment and negative emotions you hold against the situation or individual. Forgiving ourselves is just as important. The past is who we were once not who we are now. 6.Unleash The Past Many people believe that the past is what made us who we are today. This is true to a certain extent but our negative experiences of the past create limiting beliefs and thoughts that are directing our present and future lives. Recognize that the past resides in our memories; in our minds. It is something we made up based on our interpretations of what happened. Although we can't change the past, we can change how we interpret it and release our negative feelings, beliefs, and thoughts. When we release our attachments to the past, we create the open space of unlimited possibilities and potential for the present and the future.
5 Robin Sharma said, "Better awareness leads to better choices and better choices lead to better results." 7.Be Grateful The energy you put out to the universe is the same as the energy you receive from the universe. Being thankful and grateful for what you have is a way to focus on the positive and releases positive energy. Take the time to write your own personal gratitude list and read it nightly. Creating a personal gratitude journal allows you to appreciate what is already there and moves you into a positive energy mode. 8.Choose Your Friends Carefully Surround yourself with positive people who elevate you, inspire you and make you joyful. Avoid people who drain your energy and leave you in a depleted emotional state. By simply surrounding yourself with people who are positive, successful, and like-minded, you automatically feel good and increase the intensity of the energy field around you. 9.Connect, Mind, Body, and Spirit "Those who think they have no time for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness." Edward Stanley Setting time aside for you each day is important for your mental, physical, and spiritual well being. Take the time to connect your mind, body, and spirit. It will connect and positively align you with the universe. Consider discovering and clearing all obstacles that have been preventing you from taking time for yourself and charging your batteries. Start to meditate, exercise regularly, eat healthy and connect with nature. Each week go on a date with yourself and keep a journal to connect with your inner self and recognize and acknowledge what is going on in your life. Your thoughts will determine the kind of energy you are emitting so that you can always check and release all negative thoughts. Schedule a time to spend meditating, journaling, exercising, or reading. It will rejuvenate and connect your mind, body, and spirit and place you in a positive energy field.
6 10.Allow It "The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today." Franklin Roosevelt By mastering the previous ten steps, you have arrived at the final step that will allow you to become one with the universe and attract and manifest into your life all that you desire. In order to allow and receive all that you desire into your life, you must be free of any negative energy and have no doubt it will come to you. Feel it, believe it, achieve it. Feel like you already have what you want. Deliberately focus on what you want with laser beam intensity. You must believe with every fiber of your body that you will achieve your greatest life. Once you truly feel like you already arrived at your greatest life and truly believe it will manifest itself, there is one thing that will happen; you will truly achieve it. Of course you must become keenly aware of the opportunities and events that the universe will send you in your life to take you there. You need to recognize the signs and then take action. Don't ignore them. Don't think too much about them. Just take action and understand that the universe is answering your request.
