6 Handling of intermodal transport units. The rates are for handling of ft ISO containers, swap body and trailers during the opening hours/times at the terminal in Padborg The rates are exclusive of lashing of goods, preparing for rail transportation The units/equipment must be valid for international intermodal transports Grossweight of the units (incl. contents) may not exceed international standards The units must have valid codification at each side ( according to international laws) Units must be booked in the TXCARGOSTARonline system prior to arrival at gate Reefer units are only accepted with 100% filled tank TX Logistik A/S only accepts units which comply with the ISPS rules for security of cargo No acceptance of damaged units ( e.g. tarpaulins or loading gauge )

7 Handling of intermodal transport units. Dangerous goods (RID) Delivery max 24. hours before departure Pick up latest 24 hours after arrival Check in / out process The units will be physically checked and, if needed, a photo will be taken. Visible damages are noted on the Check In / out report. The report has to be signed by the driver and the terminal staff. The Check In / Out report is not a legal recognition of debt/liability, but only a factual description. A copy of the report is handed over to the truck driver.

8 Prices. 11 Further Fees. Shunting Station Padborg to terminal Padborg 1, Terminal Padborg to Station Padborg 1, Wagon Inspector 300,00 Rent storage tracks Per wagon & day 6.00 (All terminal depot tracks arrival- / departure day are free of charge) Further services have to be agreed upon. Shunting service from 3 rd party railway operator may on a nonexclusive basis be ordered/hired-in via TX Logistik A/S as intermediary. A shift is based on 6 hours. If a train has a delay and the shift exceeds the 6 hours a second shunting has to be paid. Direct invoicing from and payment to 3 rd party railway operator.

12 Rates. All rates quoted are in and are exclusive of VAT. The rates are valid for 2015 only, and subject to changes due to changes in taxes, dues, environmental requirements etc. The rates (and discounts) are valid for all railway operators etc. on a non-discriminatory basis in accordance with, in particular, Danish Regulation No. 168 of March 3, 2009, on access to combiterminals (as amended by Regulation No. 248 of March 30, 2009), and will be published by TX Logistik A/S on Services are performed in accordance with the General Conditions. The terminal is operating in accordance with NSAB 2000 with TX Logistik A/S as intermediary. Payment Net 7 days from date of invoice. In the event of late payment a default interest of 8% per month or fraction of a month will be charged from the due date.

14 Special remarks. If wagons in the terminal have to be shunted due to a new train the railway operator has to pay for the shunting service to take the wagons out and in again At the Padborg combiterminal, there is partly fenced storage area with video-surveillance. Storage is at performing/contracting carrier s risk (of fire, water, damages, theft). TX Logistik A/S does NOT sign insurance for the risks of fire, water, and theft/burglary. Use of the combiterminal storage services is deemed an instruction by customer to TX Logistik A/S not to sign such insurance, cf. NSAB 2000 ( 27C.3).
