2 Invitation You are invited to participate in the Family Day Care Australia International Conference as a sponsor and/or exhibitor. This conference is titled Children the heart of the dream and will attract over 500 family day care providers and coordinators from across Australia. Delegates will include early childhood professionals, academics, trainers, government representatives, advocates and researchers. Family day care is a unique, home-based childcare service providing quality care for children in the homes of educators, supported by a local specialist co-ordination and resource team. Family day care provides learning and development in a safe, secure and stimulating home environment for babies and children up to 12 years of age. The personal qualities of educators reflect community diversity of families, values and cultures. A commitment to nurturing and caring for children is taken as a given. Many educators have their own children of varying ages all have experience with children. Educators are recruited, supported and trained by the local co-ordination unit. With access to continued learning and leading thinking in childcare, educators have access to the most unique training structure within the childcare industry. Through the National Conference we aim to promote learning and an ongoing exchange of ideas amongst those involved in the delivery and coordination of childcare services in a diverse range of settings. The program will cover hands-on aspects of childcare as well as current research and forward thinking approaches to early learning. In order to ensure the success of the Conference and to help deliver a unique experience to local and national delegates we are seeking financial and/or in-kind support from associated organisations and companies. A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available at the Conference. We would also be happy to discuss any new proposals you may wish to put forward. This sponsorship includes the conference sourcing and supplying the product. Each delegate is guaranteed to see your logo every day during the conference. You also have the opportunity to include an insert in each satchel. Regular updates and extensive program and speaker information will ensure delegates will be visiting regularly seeing your logo each time. The sponsorship fee is the direct contribution to the conference.

6 Advertising The following advertising options are available to reinforce other sponsorship packages or as individual items. For example, an advertisement in the program book is a fantastic way to get additional exposure, promote your exhibition book and keep your name in front of delegates during the conference. Conference Handbook (A4 page) $550 Web Ad with hotlink (150x150 tile) $550 Sponsor to provide artwork. Satchel Insert $550 One promotional item * to be placed in each delegate s satchel. * Item to be approved by the Organising Committee Conference Pads and Pens This is a great opportunity to have each delegate using your branded pads and pens to make notes during the sessions. Requirements Supply approximately 1000 branded pads and pens Delegate List A delegate list will be provided to each sponsor and exhibitor at the time of the conference which will include the first name, family name, organisation and state. All costs include GST. Finished art to be supplied for all advertisements. Any signage to be supplied should be pop-up banners unless specified otherwise. Each company representative attending the Conference must be pre-registered with the Secretariat. Exhibition Information Exhibition Sites - $2,500 The exhibition will run for the duration of the conference. Morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch will be served in the Exhibition area.
