1 B Mack & Karly s Lucky 9 s CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS (the Rules ) 1. The B Mack & Karly s Lucky 9 s contest (the Contest ) starts at 7:10 am PST on Monday September 12, 2016 and closes on or about Friday, October 28, 2016 at 7:40 am PST (the Contest Period ). No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per household. 2. The contests sponsors are 99.9 Sun FM, a division of Bell Media Inc., Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Ltd, Kelowna International Airport, Riu Hotels & Resorts and Sunwing Travel Group (hereinafter referred to as the Contest Sponsors ). 3. To enter and to be eligible to win, entrant must be a legal resident of West Kelowna or Kelowna, BC, Canada and be nineteen (19) years of age or older. Employees and their parents, siblings and children, and persons domiciled with an employee of any of the Contest Sponsors, their respective agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions, prize sponsors, and promotional and advertising agencies and administrators, are ineligible to enter. A winner of a previous Bell Media Inc. contest with a prize valued at more than $500 within the past year (365 days) preceding the start of this Contest (including persons designated by such winners to take ownership of prizes) and persons domiciled with a winner are not eligible to enter. 4. There are two different ways to enter the Contest during the Contest Period: (a) Text Message: An announcement will be made five (5) times each weekday of the Contest Period (one each at approximately 7:10 am, 8:10 am, 11:10 am, 12:10 pm and 3:10 pm PST), telling listeners to text in for a chance to win (each an Announcement ). When you hear an Announcement, text 99.9 Sun FM at with the phrase LUCKY9, your name and the address where you are every day between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. and you will receive one (1) entry (a Text Entry ), subject to your compliance with these Rules (as determined by the Contest Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion). The text-in window will be open for nine (9) minutes following each Announcement. Entrants can text in as often as they like while the text-in window is open. Standard text messaging fees will apply. Check your carrier plan for applicable fees before participating via text message. Each text message entrant will be identified by his or her cell phone number. Text Entries will be rejected if not fully completed and submitted during the Contest Period. Text Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Mobile Account Holder of the mobile phone used to enter the Contest. Authorized Mobile Account Holder of a mobile phone is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a cellular telephone number by a wireless carrier that is responsible for assigning cellular telephone numbers. In the event that the entrant is outside of the local calling area, standard long distance rates as charged by the entrant s long distance service provider will apply; OR (b) Send an to contests@thesun.net with LUCKY9 in the subject line and your name, address, age, ten digit day and evening telephone numbers and address in the body of the and you will receive one (1) entry (an Entry ), subject to your compliance with these Rules (as determined by the Contest Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion). Limit of 45 Text or Entry(ies) per individual per weekday. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than the foregoing limit, all your Entries will be void. Entries shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Text Entries and Entries shall be collectively referred to as Entries and each, an Entry.

2 5. Grand Prizes - There are four (4) Grand Prizes available to be won (the Grand Prize(s)), each consisting of a trip for two (2) adults to Cancun, Mexico. Each Grand Prize includes: round trip economy air fare for two (2) adults one of whom must be the winner, from Kelowna (hereinafter referred to as the "Departure Point") to Cancun, Mexico; seven (7) nights standard accommodation (based on one (1) room double occupancy) at the Riu Palace Las Americas; all-inclusive mean plan while at the Riu Palace Las Americas; land transfers between the airport and hotel in destination; all hotel taxes and processing fees. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein, including, without limitation, as applicable, transportation to and from the Departure Point, taxes, airport improvement fees, fuel/currency surcharges, medical, baggage or cancellation insurance, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, sightseeing tours and other in-destination activities, vaccinations, room upgrade, in-room movies, additional meals, any required travel documentation and all personal expenses of any kind or nature. Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are solely responsible for travel insurance (including medical coverage) and for complying with any travel notices/advisories, including but not limited to the Government of Canada s Travel Advisory for Mexico (available at Travel dates must be between November 6, 2016 and April 11, Travel dates will not be extended. Travel is based on space available at time of booking and must be requested a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to requested departure date. Travel blackout dates are November 24 to December 1, 2016, December 17 to January 3, 2017, February 14 to February 28, 2017 and March 12 to March 31, There will be no compensation if the flights are missed by a Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion. All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions set out in Signature s brochure or located on Signature s website Each Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Grand Prize originates and terminates there. It is the sole responsibility of each Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas, and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements, as applicable or they forfeit the Grand Prize. Any lost or stolen travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion must be able to travel at the times and dates as determined by the Contest Sponsors, in their sole discretion and authority, failing which the Grand Prize will be forfeited. It is recommended that each Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. Each travelling companion must be nineteen (19) years of age or older in order to participate in the Grand Prize. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $4, CAD based on a Kelowna departure and includes taxes. No change in travel arrangements can be made by a Grand Prize winner once his/her booking has been confirmed. Each Grand Prize may not be used towards any type of frequent flyer mileage, or other reward point accumulation program. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per household. 6. DRAWS: Every weekday during the Contest Period, at approximately 7:40 am PST in Kelowna, B.C., BMack and Karly, the Morning Show hosts, will roll two dice and if the number on the dice add ups to nine (9), one (1) Entry will be selected by random draw (each a Grand Prize Draw ) among all the eligible Entries received up to the point of the applicable Grand Prize Draw and such selected Entry will be eligible to win a Grand Prize. If the number on the dice does not add up to nine (9), the dice will be rolled again on the following weekday. Odds of being selected as a Grand Prize winner will depend on the number of eligible Entries received up to the point of the applicable Grand Prize Draw and on the rolling of the dice approx. 1 in 2,500 chance. Between 7:40 and 9:00 a.m. that same day, a representative of Sun FM will go to the address the potential winner supplied in their Entry. If the potential winner is not at the address, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be drawn at the Contest Sponsors sole discretion. Potential winner must provide proof of identification upon request. In the event that all four (4) Grand Prizes are awarded prior to the end of the Contest Period, no further prizing will be awarded and the Contest will be completed. Entries received will be carried over from one draw to the next. 7. Grand Prizes must be accepted as awarded. The Grand Prizes or any portion thereof, are non-exchangeable, may not be sold or transferred and are not convertible to cash and must be accepted with no substitutions. If the Grand Prizes, or any portion thereof, are unused, they cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited. Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a Grand Prize in whole or in part to a comparable holiday in the event the trip described is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Contest Sponsors control. Grand Prize winners are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.

3 8. In order to be declared a winner, potential winner must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill testing question administered by Bell Media Inc. Before being awarded a Grand Prize, the potential winner will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by the Contest Sponsors, a full release and indemnity form stating that, among other things, he/she has read, understood and complied with these Rules, including the Government of Canada s Travel Advisory for Mexico (available at grants all consents required, agrees to be available and to participate in publicity and/or promotions related to the Contest and/or the Contest Sponsors and/or similar matters, authorizes the Contest Sponsors to broadcast, publish, disseminate and otherwise use his/her name, city/town/village and province/territory of residence, photograph, likeness, sobriquet and voice, in connection with any promotion and/or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and/or information purposes at no additional compensation to the potential winner, beyond the awarding of or participation in the Grand Prize, accepts the Grand Prize as offered and releases the Contest Sponsors from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the potential winner s participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the Grand Prize (including without limitation any and all liability of any kind arising out of a disease or illness contracted while participating in the Grand Prize). In the event that a potential winner does not comply with all the provisions as contemplated in these Rules, Contest Sponsors shall have the right to disqualify the potential winner, and draw an alternate potential winner, and the Contest Sponsors shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. The provisions and procedures referred to above relating to selection and notification of a potential winner shall be applied, with the necessary amendments, until all qualified winners have been duly selected, but in any event, no later than Wednesday, November 2, Before being able to participate in a Grand Prize, each travelling companion will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by the Contest Sponsors, a full release and indemnity form stating that, among other things, he/she has read, understood and complied with these Rules, grants all consents required, agrees to be available and to participate in publicity and/or promotions related to the Contest and/or the Contest Sponsors and/or similar matters, authorizes the Contest Sponsors to broadcast, publish, disseminate and otherwise use his/her name, city/town/village and province/territory of residence, photograph, likeness, sobriquet and voice, in connection with any promotion and/or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and/or information purposes at no additional compensation to the travelling companion, beyond his/her participation in the Grand Prize, accepts the Grand Prize as offered and releases the Contest Sponsors from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the travelling companion s participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the Grand Prize (including without limitation any and all liability of any kind arising out of a disease or illness contracted while participating in the Grand Prize). 10. By entering this Contest the entrants and participants automatically agree to accept and abide by these Rules. All decisions of the Contest Sponsors with respect to any aspect of this Contest, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they relate to this Contest. 11. All entries become property of Contest Sponsors who assume no responsibility for garbled, lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries, mail, voice messages, or any computer errors or malfunctions. No correspondence will be entered into except with entrants requesting Rules by mail or requesting the names of the Grand Prize winners (for which a self-addressed, postage paid envelope must be included). Contest Sponsors do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials or data that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any reason, in the opinion of the Contest Sponsors, in their sole discretion, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the Contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond its control, Contest Sponsors reserve their right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the Contest, and select a winner from previously received eligible entries. Contest Sponsors reserve the right to modify the Rules without materially affecting the terms and conditions hereof. The Contest Sponsors reserve their right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of the Rules or otherwise in a disruptive manner. Any attempts to deliberately damage the

4 Contest web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made the Contest Sponsors reserve their right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law. Contest Sponsors shall not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest including any damage to an entrant s computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of their participation in this Contest or from downloading any material from the Contest web site, where applicable. 12. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering this Contest each entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his or her personal information (information that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age and home address) by the Contest Sponsors for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Contest. Contest Sponsors will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering this Contest. By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the manner of collection, use and disclosure of personal information as set out in Bell Media Inc.'s Privacy Policy, which is available at bellmedia.ca/about/media_privacy.page. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade-marks, trade-names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Contest Sponsors and/or their affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
