1 How to Update the PEIMS Coding Information in the Web Course Master and Section Master There are two areas in the course master that contain PEIMS coding. Each area is unique in what codes are kept: 1) In the course information itself and, 2) In the sections of the course. 1. Course Information: This area will be maintained by the district counseling office, Donna Layer, or for CATE classes, by the CATE coordinator, Allison Vinson. a. Course Master: Go to Office/Current Scheduling/Build Course Master/Course Master b. Filter: Select Only Active Courses c. Select the course by typing the course number into the Course box at the bottom right of the screen. Click the enter button on your keyboard.
