3 MAJESTIC3 INTEGRATE ANYWHERE is the founding proposition of Majestic3. Majestic3 wishes to create a new paradigm where true collaboration and integration takes centre stage. We do not wish to compete with similar offerings, we simply wish to enhance, or facilitate innovation in the category by offering mutual improvement through integration. The purpose of Majestic3 is to seek out entrepreneurs, re-sellers and ultimately businesses who are able to use it as an advanced, and customisable marketing and business-process streamlining dashboard, and to seek out partners who wish to use, or build, its components. Majestic3 pulls data from any existing accounting package, point of sale, CRM, legacy software or industry specific system and allows this data to be disseminated via several communication channel options such as , SMS and social media. It also has the ability to magnify the effectiveness of call centres by providing them with a marketing plug-in to increase conversation rates and customer satisfaction levels. Majestic3 can be used by individuals or organisations as a stand-alone system, or in conjunction with any existing system. 4 OUR USPʼs: On top of its ability to integrate anywhere, there are three key principles that are unique to Majestic3: PRIMARY: The Majestic Journey is a technique that we use to generate response rates for our clients which are 1,200% higher than industry average. Journeys are a series of episodes which customers and prospects are taken through to dramatically increase lead generation, sales conversion rates and existing customer satisfaction. SECONDARY: We have a proprietary implementation methodology called Relationship à Data à Sale which provides the underlying implementation framework. TERTIARY: Cross-Marketing Bridges allow us to bring clients together and then help them work with, and leverage each otherʼs databases to drive sales leads. 5 THE MAJESTIC3 TEAM: Majestic3 has offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town. While our marketing and sales team operate from Johannesburg, our team of programmers are situated in our offices in Muizenberg, Cape Town. Each of our team members have specific qualifications and specialities this ensures that each different aspect Majestic3 has an expert at the helm. From concept, to development, to support our team members take pride in what they do and strive to live up to the Majestic3 brand values. The core team consists of Scott Cundill, Warren Haas and Ettiene Klopper, each of which have no less than 15 years experience in communication platform technology. 5
6 DEFINING MAJESTIC3 Majestic3 is an advanced, customisable, database communication platform that integrates with almost any existing database management platform and tool. It automates most digital communication requirements, and thus magnifies the communication effectiveness of anything it connects to. It can loosely be described as Salesforce.com meets Mailchimp meets Infusionsoft. However, it is more complex with the ability to be broken apart like a puzzle and rearranged, and integrated in any way the client chooses. Additional ʻpuzzle piecesʼ can be developed and then added to the solution over time, creating a unique product for every client. Majestic3 is written in Open Source primarily using the new ZEND 2 PHP framework. Majestic3 is built as an API Core, which means integration is part of its DNA. This differs to most other systems which developed unnatural bolt-ons to facilitate integration. Instead, our system is made up like a swarm of software instructions which can be shaped in any way you wish. Majestic3 is not therefore just customisable software, it is a different approach to business. 6
7 HOW MAJESTIC3 WORKS By augmenting and improving the system that facilitates the customer Journey, Majestic3 is set to take the world of communication technology, and that of streamlining business processes, by storm. Built as an API core with the capability of integrating with any marketing or business process software (such as CRM systems, web development platforms, accounting packages, POS systems and more) - integration is part of Majestic3ʼs DNA. Fully customisable, Majestic3 is built on an open API framework, allowing for each and every component to be pulled out and plugged into any structure, system or process to create an original, optimised end-result that works for each businessʼs unique situation. This solution may even be whitelabelled to become a duplicable and re-sellable solution with revenue generating capabilities for the client. Majestic3 is almost identical to its existing 12-year old sister system, except for the following: Majestic3 is built using an open API framework. The entire system is an open API, allowing for each and every component / instruction of Majestic3 to be pulled apart and customised like pieces of a puzzle. Majestic3 can be integrated into almost any other software including CRM systems and databases, web development platforms (Joomla, Wordpress, etc), accounting packages, Point of Sale systems, legacy systems, loyalty systems, etc. The Majestic3 system will be available to any company who wishes to plug our database marketing system and communication tool into their existing software. The result is that they will have their own fully skinned system, complete with their own branding and flavour. Majestic3 drives the back-end, allowing the client to create their own proprietary system and own a degree of the intellectual property that goes with it. Majestic3 allows external developers to build on top of it. They can develop their own third party plug-ins, which will be marketed to our existing clients on a revenue share basis. An example would be a mobile app, a shopping cart, or a social media plug-in. The client selects only those components they need and thus Majestic3 becomes a ʻBuild-Your-Ownʼ solution. 7
