10 PROJECTS CONSTRUCTION DETAILING : On-site architecture of railway project Architectural sketches & detailing of railway project in response to builder s RFI (on behalf of design architect Hassell). The Epping to Chatswood rail line includes 3 new underground stations and 1 upgrade station with underground components. Worth approx. $20 millions. Opened in February FEASIBILITY STUDY : 20-storey luxury highrise on narrow site The purpose of this study was to explore the development feasibility of a 19-feet wide by 100-feet long site located at 150 East Ontario Street, in the heart of Chicago s prime shopping/living district. The success of this proposal hinges on the use of some specific building technologies: Automated multi-story car parking and turntable Switchback stair system Interior pneumatic vacuum elevator Charles Fortin.
