1 Request for Proposals Human Rights First requests proposals to redesign and rebuild the Human Rights First website on Drupal content management system (CMS) platform. A proposal may be submitted for one or both of the components: 1. Website redesign 2. Website development

2 About Human Rights First Human Rights First is a non-profit, nonpartisan international human rights organization based in New York and Washington D.C. To maintain our independence, we accept no government funding. Mission Statement On human rights, the United States must be a beacon. The website contains limited custom functionality and includes topical landing page templates, article level page templates, and blog templates and aggregation with commenting functionality.

Information architecture documentation Project Objective The objective of the redesign and development of the Human Rights First website is to create a heavily branded and persuasive user experience. This includes brand presentation, audience-specific content offerings, and conversion orientation for page templates.
