10 Scholarships & Financial Aid International students may be eligible for a variety of scholarships, grants, and other forms of financial aid. These opportunities may be offered by individual schools or other organizations. Texas is one of the few states that offers a Competitive Scholarship Waiver, which allows the non resident fees to be waived for recipients of scholarships amounting to at least $1,000.
