12 BELECTRIC Italia: O&M SERVICES All service activities are supported throughout: INTERNAL SKILLED ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT MONITORING WITH PADCON SYSTEM (BELECTRIC Group) The PADCON MONITORING SYSTEM may be implemented on third parties plants. In any case Belectric is able to perform O&M activities using different type of monitoring systems: e.g. Meteo control, GPM, Skytron, Flyby. OWN PERSONNEL (Supervisors/ Electricians) BELECTRIC operates with REGIONAL CENTER OF COMPETENCES (RCC) that drive O&M activities related to group of plants located in the same area. Each RCC has its OWN REGIONAL BELECTRIC MANAGER and BELECTRIC O&M TEAM incl. WAREHOUSES. INTERVENTION TIMING Throughout its regional organization BELECTRIC operates in short time. BELECTRIC s personnel performs most of activities regarding corrective maintenance. In Q3/2013 personnel will be qualified for Level 1 intervention on plant s inverter.
