1 BackS-MM Back Safety This program, created by Moxie Media, will show your crew techniques to prevent wear and tear on their backs while also helping them to understand why these methods will actually work. Among other things, this course describes how the back functions and why it is important to avoid bad postures, using faulty methods when lifting, or even being hunched over the computer for long periods of time. BBSO-SA Behavior Based Safety Orientation This introductory course was designed by Safety Advantage to cover the basics of behavior-based safety (BBS). The goal of the BBS Orientation course is to explain the importance of the S.T.A.R.T. program (Safe Today and Return Tomorrow). Covered topics include job safety analysis (JSA) forms, daily tailgate safety meetings, last minute risk assessments, job safety observations, and near miss incidents. This course helps individuals to identify at-risk behaviors and practice safe work habits that can prevent workers from being injured on the job site. Con-MM Confined Spaces When you enter a confined space, you may die before you realize anything is wrong. That s why proper precautions must be taken every time. This program, created by Moxie Media, will alert workers to the hazards that may be waiting within a confined space, then demonstrates safety procedures including confined space permitting and use of monitors or sniffers for reading oxygen levels or detecting toxic gases. CSO1, CSO1S Construction Safety Orientation, Section 1 This awareness level course was designed by Safety Advantage to cover the following: Introduction to Safe work policies and procedures, electrical safety, lockout/tagout awareness, preventing back injuries, and personal protective equipment. CSO3, CSO3S Construction Safety Orientation, Section 3 This awareness level course was designed by Safety Advantage to cover the following: welding and cutting, confined spaces, rules for using the tools, excavation safety, and check it out before you start work. CSO4, CSO4S Construction Safety Orientation, Section 4 This awareness level course was designed by Safety Advantage to cover the following: driving safely, cranes and material handling, scaffold safety, ladder safety, and ergonomics. This title is also available in Spanish. Driv-SA Driving Defensively Elec-MM The use of a motor vehicle is a common part of many individuals daily work routines. Safety Advantage developed the Driving Defensively course to inform workers of the common dangers that occur while driving. It also explains the importance of defensive driving and provides individuals with different techniques to utilize in order to create a safer driving environment for themselves and others. This includes accident prevention, vehicle inspection, and safe driving procedures. Electrical Safety Electricity is essential to modern life and it powers the workplace, but it also presents life-threatening hazards. This program, created by Moxie Media, focuses on methods for safe work and injury prevention that include careful inspection of electrical components, removal of broken equipment from service, being sure to ground equipment, avoiding power lines, and using proper PPE. 1 of 5

2 Fire-MM Fire Prevention FirstAid-MM Hand-MM HAZCOM-MM Hear-MM HXCR-SA This awareness level training, created by Moxie Media, introduces workers to the building blocks of fire by using the fire tetrahedron, and describes preventive measures ranging from good housekeeping to electrical safety. Workers are also shown how to alert others and evacuate safely in case a fire does break out and how to select and use a portable fire extinguisher to put out a small fire before it spreads. First Aid & Bloodborne Pathogens This program, created by Moxie Media, teaches workers to recognize and respond to common workplace injuries and medical conditions. The curriculum demonstrates first aid for many types of injuries and shows how to recognize life-threatening conditions such as heart attack and stroke. A focus on Bloodborne Pathogens explains how to prevent serious diseases from infecting your work force, or spreading among workers. Hand Safety When you work with your hands, potential hazards are all around: pinch points, absorption of harmful chemicals, burns, fractures, even amputation. This program, created by Moxie Media, shows workers how to prevent hand injuries and protect themselves through safe procedures for machine operations, using the eyes to recognize potential hazards before the hands are put at risk, and selecting the right work gloves for the job. Hazard Communication (HAZCOM) Chemicals and other materials present hazards that can threaten the safety, health, and lives of workers and members of the public. This program, created by Moxie Media, shows workers how to use information found on warning labels and in Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to safely handle and store chemicals using PPE, and how to properly respond to any leaks, spills or others accidents that may occur. Hearing Conservation When a worker loses hearing due to noise in the workplace, it is gone forever. That's why it's essential to take the right steps to prevent hearing loss. This course, created by Moxie Media, shows workers how to protect their hearing by reducing or muffling workplace noise, and selecting and using the proper protective equipment, such as ear plugs and ear muffs. Hexavalent Chromium House-MM This course was designed by Safety Advantage and it covers the proper way for individuals to perform work tasks that involve exposure to toxic hexavalent chromium compounds. According to OSHA, hexavalent chromium is used in a variety of ways, including: the production of stainless steel, textile dyes, wood preservation, leather tanning, and as anti-corrosion and conversion coatings. Hexavalent chromium compounds can exist in several forms. These compounds can also be formed during "hot work" activities such as welding on stainless steel or melting chromium metal. This course identifies common sources of hexavalent chromium and different methods for individuals to protect themselves from exposure. Housekeeping JSA-MM Housekeeping may seem like a way to build pride in the workplace, or make your surroundings a little more pleasant, but it's also an essential safety procedure. This program, created by Moxie Media, shows not only how good housekeeping is performed, but why it is essential. Housekeeping is not a task best left to a cleanup crew. It is an essential component of every job, and part of making safety your top priority. Job Safety Analysis (JSA) 2 of 5

A Job Safety Analysis is a systematic way to plan for safety by breaking down a job into steps, identifying the hazards of each step, and planning procedures to eliminate or reduce those hazards. This program, created by Moxie Media, guides workers through this three-step process while giving them new ways to think about each step. Job Safety Analysis (JSA) This course was designed by Safety Advantage to cover the procedure for completing a Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Last Minute Risk Assessment This course was developed by Safety Advantage to explain the significance of performing a last minute risk assessment (LMRA) before starting work duties on a job site. Last minute risk assessments are crucial to the safety of a work site. Many on-site accidents can be prevented if workers take a short amount of time to look around the site and identify any potential hazards or unsafe work behaviors. Lockout/Tagout - Energy Control You've powered down the machine. Now you're ready to service it. Or are you? This program, created by Moxie Media, focuses on the basics of Lockout/Tagout, as well as on some of the complications workers are likely to encounter, such as when and how to use multiple locks, why and how to use tags without locks in certain cases, and how to maintain Lockout/Tagout during a shift change. Near Miss Safety Advantage created this course to explain the seriousness of near miss incidents and the importance of recognizing near misses in order to correct unsafe work practices and prevent injury from occurring in the future. OSHA defines a near miss as an incident where no property was damaged and no personal injury sustained, but where, given a slight shift in time or position, damage and/or injury easily could have occurred. The purpose of the Near Miss course is to explain the importance of the S.T.A.R.T. program (Safe Today and Return Tomorrow). Identifying and reporting a near miss incident is the first step in a proactive safety management system. Covered topics include proper reporting guidelines, investigation protocol, and follow-up procedures. Observer Training Safety Advantage created this course to focus on the importance of observation and offer a variety of techniques for performing effective safety observations. Proper observation tactics provide workers with some of the most important safety tools. Being an effective safety observer gives individuals the opportunity to communicate important safety information. This includes intervening when unsafe actions occur, providing written feedback, performing an anonymous work site check, and identifying "safe" and "at-risk" situations at the work site. Office Safety When the topic of workplace safety comes up, many office employees probably imagine scenes from hazardous professions - construction sites, oil rigs, etc. But serious accidents can - and do - occur in the seemingly safe confines of an office. From broken bones to fire hazards, this program, created by Moxie Media, will explore the potential dangers in an office environment, and get your employees thinking "Safety First." Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) This program, created by Moxie Media, provides awareness-level training on all types of PPE including specialized equipment, such as respiratory protection, personal flotation devices, and protective equipment for hot work and welding. This title is also available in Spanish. Resp-MM Respiratory Protection Breathing air without high levels of toxin, but with essential levels of oxygen is necessary to human life. This program, created by Moxie Media, shows workers how to protect their health through respiratory protection. After reviewing respiratory hazards, the course demonstrates how proper ventilation and PPE ranging from simple dust masks, to air purifying or air supplying respirators can provide the protection workers need. Fork-MM Safe Forklift Operations Powered industrial trucks such as forklifts make many jobs easier, and workplaces around the world depend on them. However, they are also a common source of accidents and injuries. This program, created by Moxie Media, explains how to operate forklifts safely, and what all personnel can do to keep themselves safe when a forklift is in use. SSE-SA Short Service Employee STF-MM SWA-SA The Short-Service Employee course was created by Safety Advantage to identify the correct procedures for managing short service employees who have limited work experience with the company. A Short-Service Employee is an employee or sub-contractor employee with less than six months experience in the same job or with his or her present employer. Short-Service employees may be more prone to work site accidents because they are less familiar with the work environment. This course serves to prevent new hires and temporary workers from getting injuries or illnesses from the work site. Slips, Trips, and Falls Slips, trips, and falls are the most common cause of workplace injury - and among the most preventable. Let us show your crew how to prevent injuries by removing trip and slip hazards, keeping walking surfaces in top condition, wearing the proper footwear, walking using the right technique, and never rushing. 5 Targ-SA Heights-MM This course was designed by Safety Advantage to explain the procedure that individuals are to follow if they are required to cease the completion of a work task because the risks of that task are either unclear or misunderstood. Stop Work Authority identifies the authority, responsibilities, and personal obligation for each employee to stop work due to a safety concern without the threat of penalty, reprisal or intimidation. The program, management s strong support must be clearly communicated to all employees during new hire orientations, specialized and ongoing training, employee and subcontractor presentations, safety and pre-work meetings. Target Safety Daily work duties should always begin with a tailgate safety meeting. Developed by Safety Advantage, the topics discussed in these safety meetings are defined by the S.T.A.R.T.tm program, which includes daily safety awareness, safety training, and last minute risk assessments. These components are implemented into a program called Target Safety tm.this course focuses on creating a safe and secure work environment for employees by including target safety meetings with everyday work duties. The Target Safety training explains the importance of reading, completing, and adhering to the Target Safety form. Working at Heights There's no reason to leave your personnel up in the air, without the proper protection. This video shows workers safe procedures for work at heights, including the use of fall protection systems. But remember: most accidents involving working at heights occur during routine jobs.
