2 16.3 Schedule 2 Pricing Tenderers must provide maximum FIRM (ex VAT prices) for the duration of the Framework Agreement. It is expected that, for some services, volume of work should equate to lower hourly rates. Tenderers are therefore requested to provide the following information in the Pricing Schedule: hourly rate for 1 hour, hourly rate for 8 hours, hourly rate for 20 hours and an hourly rate for 40 hours, for work undertaken on a particular contract/campaign. Where the hourly rate will not change in relation to higher volumes of work, this should be clearly stated in the Pricing Schedule. Tenderers are welcome to offer further stepped volume reductions. Tenderers must input under any additional staff roles and rates they consider applicable to the delivery of these services. Tenderers should note that the rates quoted must be inclusive of any markup fee for any element of sub-contracting work that is proposed. No claims for mark-up fees will be considered. Pricing Schedule for Lot 1 Advertising Studio Services Senior Planner Tenderers must ensure that rates are input against all staff categories listed. Where companies have different titles from the staff categories listed, but the role is the same or similar, these must be highlighted and the appropriate rate input.
