2 KINGS PARK TENNIS CLUB SPONSORSHIP About Kings Park Tennis Club We are a family friendly tennis club who has just celebrated over 50 years of fun, friendship & tennis. Located in East Bentleigh, our members attend schools in the local area, shop locally and get involved in other community events. The experiences and relationships formed as a member are truly what are important and are what sets Kings Park apart from any other club. From Juniors, to competitive tennis throughout the week and social tennis for those who just want to turn up, have a hit and enjoy a game, we have it all. We have over 300 members, including Juniors, Families and Adults, and our success is celebrated as a club and our membership is continuously growing. This is evident in the number of teams we have entered in competitions throughout the year, and our social tennis events are certainly not to be missed and are a highlight throughout the year. 3 Competitions, Functions & Events At Kings Park, we have a 50 year history of providing for our members, their friends and their families. We have a large number of teams entered in a wide variety of serious competition, from Juniors to Seniors in the Bayside and Victorian regions, and then there is our Social Competitions, held on Tuesday & Wednesday nights, Thursday night & Friday morning social tennis for those who just want to turn up and have a hit and meet their friends. Just to make things interesting, we have a wide variety of functions and events to get our members, their families and their friends entertained away from the tennis courts. Our events in the past have included: Trivia nights Karaoke nights Christmas in July Junior Grand Final Days (held twice per year) Junior Sleepover (held in December each year) Club Championships KPTC Open a major tournament held over the Melbourne Cup weekend each year. There is also our Annual Open Day, held in February each year. The objective of this day is to get more members to our Club and we actively promote our Club in the lead up to the day. In the past 2 years we have had over 80 people attend our Open Day and have access to free coaching, join in our activities & meet our members and sign up as members on the day.

4 KPTC Sponsorship Packages KPTC Aces package $2,000 per financial year Your complete sponsorship package, which includes: 20 free tickets to all KPTC events held in Court signage throughout Premium advertising throughout the Clubhouse, in our Club Chatter and any other advertising, such as newsletters $1,000 worth of free court hire for your staff throughout (includes night court hire with lights) Availability of our Clubhouse for a function of your choice Advertising on our website Advertising in our monthly newsletter Naming rights to a social event in Sponsorship of an Award of your choice for each KPTC competition (for example Tuesday night ladies, Wednesday night mixed competition or Saturday competitions) includes KPTC Open Tournament awards The opportunity for you to provide giveaways such as vouchers/donated goods at our events What better way to serve your company with an Ace with this package?

5 KPTC Volleys package $1000 per year A fast, easy sponsorship package that will get you: 10 free tickets to all KPTC events held in Court signage throughout Advertising throughout the Clubhouse, in our Club Chatter and any other advertising $500 worth of free court hire for your staff throughout (includes night court hire with lights) Availability of our Clubhouse for a function of your choice (conditions apply) Advertising on our website Naming rights to a social event of your choice in Sponsorship of an Award of your choice for each KPTC competition (for example Tuesday night ladies, Wednesday night mixed competition or Saturday competitions) The opportunity for you to provide giveaways such as vouchers or donated goods at our events Place your company in the right spot with a beautiful volley with this package!

6 KPTC Smash n Social package A great package for those companies who want to take part in our events, whether it is one event or multiple. This package can be catered to your needs. At KPTC we are well known for our fantastic and fun events, including Trivia Nights, Social Competition on a Tuesday & Wednesday night, Christmas in July & December, Melbourne Cup day out, and of course our Annual Open Day, and there s lots to enjoy along with plenty of tennis. Bring your staff down for a hit and meet our fantastic members who enjoy a hit of tennis, a social drink and chat after the game. Minimum package $200 per year 6 free tickets to all KPTC events held in Advertising throughout the Clubhouse, in our Club Chatter and any other advertising $100 worth of free court hire for your staff throughout (excluding night court hire) Availability of our Clubhouse for a function of your choice (conditions apply) Advertising on our website Smash a winner by getting your company known at our fantastic club!
