3 3 Introduction In this document, we describe the method to activate and use the HiPay wallet module for Prestashop. We also list the various issues that you can find and their solutions. To know: - HiPay wallet module is offered natively on Prestashop. It s not necessary to download it: you need to activate it on your Prestashop back office, by clicking on Modules. - It s possible to download the module in case of reinstalling or update at this url: hipay.html - The module supports only the one-shot payments. HiPay wallet offers also a subscription service, but you must contact us to get the technical documentation to develop it. - If you want to configure multiple currencies, you must open as many sub-account on your HiPay wallet account. To do this, click on Account Overview and Create a Sub-Account, fill the form and select the desired currency. Be careful: you must register your website on each sub-account. - HiPay wallet module supports only the login of the live platform. So you can t use your sandbox HiPay wallet login.

4 4 Pre-requisites Recent version If the version of your HiPay wallet module is 1.4 or higher and you don t have a HiPay wallet account yet, it s possible to open an account and configure the module directly inside it. To do this, click on «Modules -> Payment -> Configure next to the HiPay wallet module and then Create a Hipay account Fill the form and validate. The module will be automatically configured with your login information. You will also receive an to validate your HiPay wallet account and choose a password. Once configured, you can skip to page 9 for the choice of the payment buttons.

5 5 Getting started, a step-by-step walkthrough Merchant account registration In order to use HiPay wallet, you will need to set up a Merchant HiPay wallet account. It s a simple process which can be completed online. Go to click on Open an account!, and follow the instructions. Once you ve set up your HiPay wallet account, you will receive a confirmation with the instruction to finish your registration. If you chose to create a test account you can finish its registration and test all the HiPay wallet functionalities in If you need a test credit card number you must contact technique@hipay.com. HiPay wallet module supports only the login of the live platform! You can t use your test HiPay wallet login. Once your registration is complete, you can login your HiPay wallet account you ll see the Dashboard screen below, and you can continue to the next step.

6 6 Register a new website Once you are logged into your HiPay wallet account you must register your website: 1. Go to Sell with HiPay wallet -> "HiPay wallet integration -> Creating a button". 2. Click on "Register a new website" and then follow the instructions. The Site information is used to distinguish between multiple websites in your HiPay wallet account. Enter your site name, URL of the site, main and secondary theme, merchant password, contact e- mail and telephone (optional). You can also add a CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) to personalize your HiPay wallet payment page, this must be validated by our technicians prior to activation. It s not necessary to create a payment button to use HiPay wallet on Prestashop, you need only register your website on your HiPay wallet account.

7 7 Installation and configuration Account setup Once your website is registered, you can login on your Prestashop back office. Click on «Modules -> Payment» and then click on «Install» next to the HiPay wallet module: Then click on «Configure» Configure the module with your login information and click on Update configuration

8 8 The account number is located at the top right in your HiPay wallet account The Merchant password is the password you chose during the registration of your website in HiPay wallet. If you have forgotten your password, you can renew it on your HiPay wallet account by clicking on Creating a button and Edit next to your website. The Site ID is the id of your website registered on your HiPay wallet account. You can find it by clicking on Creating a button

9 9 Choose a set of buttons Select the payment button that you want to display on your order page, then, click on Update configuration. Select the restrictions zones Choose the authorized shipping zones and click on Update zones.

10 10 FAQ Account setup «Impossible to retrieve Hipay categories. Please refer to your error log for more details.» Check your site id, the system doesn t recognize or don t find it. Check if curl and SOAP are activated on server. If not, please activate it or ask your hoster to activate it. «Hipay categories are not defined for each Site ID.» You haven t selected a category on the dropdown menu. Select one and validate the form. During the payment «[Hipay] MerchantAccount or merchantuserspace does not exist or disabled - Invalid login value: errormerchantaccount or merchantuserspace does not exist or disabled - Invalid login value: )» Check your account ID the system doesn t recognize or can t find it. If your account ID is correct, please contact our customer service at contact@hipay.com to know the reason of the deactivation. «[Hipay] Invalid ordercategory value : 000 errorinvalid ordercategory value : 000 )» The category id is not correct. Can happen due to a change of the categories on your HiPay wallet account. Click on Update configuration to renew the categories. If two categories named Other appears, select the second one and validate. «[Hipay] Invalid merchant website password! (Error Invalid merchant website password!)» The merchant password you specified is not correct. The merchant password is the password you chose during the registration of your website in HiPay wallet. If you have forgotten your password, you can renew it on your HiPay wallet account by clicking on Creating a button then Edit next to your website. «Hipay is not available on the payment page» Follow this procedure: 1. Configure your login information on the HiPay wallet module page and validate 2. Return to the page of modules 3. Reset the HiPay wallet module 4. Return to the configuration 5. Define the zones.
