2 When I saw how wide-spread Addiction had become, I knew that I had to take action. Our programs are the culmination of two decades of care coordination experience. We have a tremendous understanding of how to manage complex medical situations and addiction. We act as a guide and coach throughout the entire recovery process. Our professionals have real-world knowledge and experience. I myself am the mother of a son in recovery, who has found a purpose to his life. I have seen first-hand what it takes to navigate this path and what it takes to bring about positive change. We have carefully crafted a unique approach to this disease, breaking through and creating hope, healing and a life of purpose. 4 Our Services Our team of Substance Abuse Counselors, Peer Recovery Coaches, Therapists, Care Managers, Interventionists, Addiction Nurses, and Career Counselors provide the following services: Assessment Providing a thorough assessment, including substance abuse, mental health, physical health, concerns related to relationships, legal issues, life skills, finances. Our Care Manager will specifically identify problems and develop a Recovery Plan. Intervention Working with individuals and their families in a loving way, our skilled interventionists develop and implement a customized plan for treatment, including treatment center placement and financial planning for recovery. Treatment/Placement Recommendation All clients/families have unique and individual criteria. Upon assessment, a comprehensive plan must determine if detox and treatment is needed. Our vast experience with, and objective independence from, outpatient and inpatient programs allows us to appropriately make recommendations. The plan can include a combination of these programs as well as highly tailored individual alternatives. Care Management Coordinating and monitoring to ensure the necessary supportive services are in place. The coach of the care team, ensuring the plan is followed.

5 Recovery Coaching Providing support and direction for those in recovery through life skills development, relapse prevention, and mentorship. A powerful connection to create lasting recovery and life purpose. Our team of professionals provide coaching that will: Identify areas to strengthen Create a vision for your future Take action in your daily life Establish daily disciplines that lead to new healthy behaviors Career Coaching Ranging from obtaining a job, through developing and furthering a career. Our experts will help find challenging and rewarding work. Family Recovery Coaching Working with families on the disease of addiction and guiding them through the recovery process. The entire family is healed through coaching and supportive professionals. Family Coaching topics include: Codependency, Setting Appropriate Boundaries, Assertive Communication, Self-Care, Parenting Skills, Family Systems Theory, 12 Step Programs (ACA, Al-Anon), Developing Support Systems.

7 History Feinberg Consulting, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Pam Feinberg-Rivkin, RN, BSN, CCM, CRRN, ABDA, Interventionist, after her work as a nurse in hospital, home care and rehabilitation settings. She coordinated care for individuals who had sustained catastrophic illnesses and injuries and soon realized it was her passion. As the need for other services became evident, Pam began hiring and mentoring a compassionate, highly skilled team of registered and certified rehabilitation nurses and other healthcare and rehabilitation professionals to also become advocates for the individuals referred to Feinberg Consulting. Feinberg Consulting has developed a comprehensive service base to handle the complexities that so many families must endure. Those services include: Intervention and Addiction Recovery, Recovery Coaching, Educational Consulting, Mental Health Care Management, Life Care Plans, Vocational Care Management, Home Care and Care Management. Feinberg Consulting has partnered with over 2,000 families to significantly reduce the strain, anxiety and uncertainties involved in complex medical issues.
