5 +n about, PLA - a fast introduction PLA +n has six partners who have substantial experience across all sectors and with its total strength may provides of both architectural and engineering services such as design validation, cer tificates site development survey, aftercare expertise to site, 3D renders Smallscale model and can help their clients to deal with the highly bureaucratised Italian administrative environment. The projects may well be executed either using a one-stop shop or handled with different firms, as our cost and project managers also have separate work streams and may act as employer's agent, cost planner, cost manager and project manager, even where our architect is not actively involved in the project. Thanks to new means and +n technologies, PLA 's team provides a full across-the-board ser vice incorporating architecture with q u a n t i t y s u r v e y i n g, p r o j e c t management and site management with the aim to optimize time and costs of constructions improving, at the same time, the quality of the design.. paolo lancerotto michele david francesco Casamaggi University degree in Architecture, registered at the Professional Register of Architects in Italy, Planners, Landscape Designers and Conservators, in section A - Architecture sector since April 24, 1996, under registration number Chartered member of RIBA "Royal Institute of British Architects" and ARB listed. Since 1986 he has been developing his skills in urban and architectural design with a deep concern specifically in residential and services buildings. Since 2004 he has been managing, as chief project manager and director, multidiscplinary teams committed to create integrated architectural design and executive project, working for both architectural office and construction firms. Studies in engineering and architecture make him a professional who has an eye on the complex problems of the architectural project and its management. Since 2002, as management consultant and free-lance, he looked after the design of commercial spaces and small residential buildings. He takes interest in the first steps of the project (concept) and in managing the preparation to the executive project phase. University degree at the University of Florence and registered at the Professional Register of Engineers in Italy. He takes interest in structures, building and roads planning, being employed as civil engineer in several construction firms in Italy. Lately he employed his skills as building site manager, developing control strategy in complex building sites, managing the relations between clients and construction firms

Mirko Marino Riccardo Rubelli Ezio David University degree in Architecture, registered at the Professional Register of Architects in Italy, Planners, Landscape Designers and Conservators, in section A. Since 2005 he has been developing his skills in architectural design with a deep concern specifically in residential and services buildings. He is an expert in the interior design and he went several times to China, where he consulted various interior design companies. At the moment he is still in China as consultant senior designer at the HSF-CONCEPT4 of the HSF Group in HangZhou University degree in Architecture, registered at the Professional Register of Architects in Italy, Planners, Landscape Designers and Conservators, in section A. Since 2005 he has been developing his skills in architectural and interior design with a deep concern specifically in hotels.. living between Italy and Belgium, he focuses on European Projects and communication management. Nowadays he cooperates with Plan+ and other companies as a Horizon 2020 and SME Fund consultant. He graduated in Philosophy at the University of Florence and holds a Master degree in Marketing and Communication achieved in Paris. He has been employed in some international advertising agencies and in an international company for seven years.

(milan) chiara2002 srl. practice: marco magni arch. 7m total built area: mq. 9 levels in that project we formeda team of 3 people, who managed the working and detailled drawings (2 senior architect + 1 junior) and the site management (1site engineer). We also designed all the ground spaces and the ceramic tiles facades. the building in viale gramsci houses both residential apartments and the headquarters of the bcc banks in sesto san giovanni. the design gave precedence to elegant, linear and rational aesthetical choices, and to the use of the most advanced technologies (e.g.: solar panel modules on the zinctitanium roof to obtain considerable quantities of natural energy, and the roof landscaping over the garages with an independent micro-collection system with rainwater cells used for irrigation to respond to an increasingly widespread awareness of the need to protect the environment. this project received a special mention for facade cladding and exterior paving at the grand prix milano 2010-casalgrande padana 3 - medium size design
