Het ziet er echter zo aantrekkelijk uit, dat we het onze klanten niet willen onthouden, en geven daarom alvast alle informatie door die we hebben. We rekenen dezelfde prijzen als het hotel zelf. Waarom zou je dan via ons boeken? Je kunt bij ons terecht voor bemiddeling bij vragen en problemen. Ook kunnen we de transfer tussen de luchthaven en het hotel voor je regelen, de vlucht, en verlengingen met andere arrangementen uit ons assortiment. Het pakket is voor 6 dagen met 5 overnachtingen. Uiteraard kun je in het hotel je verblijf verlengen, zie daarvoor de dagprijzen. Alle informatie komt van het hotel, en is daarom in het Engels. 5 Itinerary gastronomic package Day 1 Arrival to Argo, lunch on the way (optional) orientation, beach walking, relaxing and exploring the village. Dinner at Argo. Day 2 VEGETABLES : After breakfast we depart for either a farmer's market or a producer in the area to buy our fresh vegetables. If it is still early in the season and we can't find a producer, we pick fresh spinach, herbs etcetera from the hotel's garden. In that case we depart after picking our greens to visit a local CHEESE FACTORY. We are guided around and after the tour we buy our cheese for the cooking lesson. You can also purchase local cheese in air sealed bags that can be carried back home. Return to the hotel for lunch (optional) on your own and free time. From 3:00-5:00pm cooking lesson at the hotel's garden. Possible recipes: (1) stuffed tomatoes and peppers, (2) cheese pies and (3) authentic Greek salad. 7:00 dinner, serving what you cooked as the main course, plus more delicious home made food. Day 3 FISH: After breakfast we depart for our own fishing adventure. We join a local fisherman in his fishing boat and we pick the nets with him. Then we sail the Aegean to see some of the near by beautiful coves. Return to the hotel for lunch (optional) and time at leisure. From 3:00-5:00pm cooking lesson at the hotel garden. Possible recipes: (1) whatever we caught this morning, (2) fish soup and maybe (3) shrimp saganaki. 7:00 dinner Day 4 PASTA - DESSERT: After breakfast we depart for a visit at a near by pasta factory where we are shown around and then we make our own pasta. We bring flour, spinach, carrots etc in, and we get our pasta on the way out. Back to the hotel for lunch (optional) and free time. From 3:00-5:00pm cooking lesson on Greek desserts (1) baklavas, (2) pasteli which is honey and sesame bites, the Greek version of energy bars, (3) home made pasta with veal 7:00. Dinner Day 5 MEAT: After breakfast we are shown how to skewer lamb. Then we depart for a local brewery where they make different labels for the different days of the week. Back to the hotel for lunch (optional) and free time. From 3:00-5:00pm cooking lesson on (1) omelette with ostrich eggs (from the ostriches of our farm), (2) tzatziki and (3) moussaka 5/6
