In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. Why Should I Go to the LGP Convention? Not a leader not a problem! Come learn about the LGP ministry! Register your Caravan at Convention! Inspirational speakers and motivating workshops! Network with other LGP leaders! Plan your Pioneer year using great tools and ideas presented at Convention! Call the National Office for more info! Make it a Girls weekend! Bring your friends and daughters! 4 International Convention 2016 Friday, August 12-Sunday, August 14, 2016 Speakers and Workshops NEW this year! Everyone will attend all the workshops available! We will have a variety of speakers as well. Don t miss out on this incredible weekend of fun, fellowship, and getting prepared for your Pioneers year! All activities will be held at Trinity, Marshfield. Thursday Activities Thursday activities are for National Council and District Counselors only. 3-5:30 pm Work Day National Council & DC s are invited to join us a day early. Come to Trinity at 3 pm and help complete last minute jobs! Afterwards, we ll enjoy dinner together at a local restaurant (TBA). Friday Activities 7 am National Council & District Counselors Breakfast The National Council and DC s are invited to enjoy breakfast together at a local restaurant (TBA) before beginning our full day of meetings and activities. 9 am National Council Meeting DC s are invited to sit in on our meeting! 10 am District Counselors Meeting You can register anytime between 1-5 pm on Friday. 1-5 pm Mother/Daughter Art Class Led by Tami Jackan This class isn t just for Moms and Daughters! Anyone leaders and girls can attend this fun class! Come when you can, leave when you want! Come and complete almost all of your Art Special Achievement! 5 pm Opening Worship Service with Communion 6 pm Dinner & Mixers This is one event you don t want to miss! Join us for dinner, then stick around for fun mixers! Your family is invited to join us for this!
