6 Information Guest House The Guest House is a nine bedroom property providing short stay bed and breakfast accommodation. The property has four storeys and the guest rooms are located on the ground, 1st, and 2nd floors. The Guest House is a Victorian Period town house with no lifts and only staircases between floors. ACCESS DIMENSIONS Front door step approx 21cm. Width of main front door entrance 91cm. Reception door width 81cm. The Dining room is located on the ground floor with level access the entrance is approx 82cm wide. ROOM GUIDE Kingsize Double rooms are located as follows :- Room 2 - ground floor & Room 5-1st floor. Double rooms are located as follows :- Room 1 - ground floor & Room 7/8-2nd floor. Twin rooms are located as follows :- Room 6-1st floor & Room 8-2nd floor. Single rooms are located as follows :- Room 3-1st floor & Room 4-2nd floor. TERMS AND CONDITIONS SMOKING We adopt a strictly no smoking policy throughout the guesthouse. CAR PARKING Permits are issued to guests for free of charge on street parking. CHECKING OUT Guests are asked to vacate the room by 10am on the day of departure. Luggage maybe left in the dining room if wished. CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 14 days to cancel a reservation.
