1 MESSAGE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT POSTED ON right side block WHAT IS NATIONAL LIBERTY ALLIANCE? National Liberty Alliance is a Peoples movement that has been initiated in every state of our union, and as of August 2014 has constituted all 50 States. This means that we have released press releases in all 3133 United States counties to introduce the People to the Common Law Juries, and take a vote of approval by the showing of hands which have been unanimous or in a few cases an overwhelming majority. We have 1000 s of members and 10 s of 1,000 s of followers that support NLA efforts to save our Constitution. This is a national project by concerned Americans to save the American way of life our forefathers founded through education and participation in the judicial process which is an unalienable right protected by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. There are many in power who do not want this and that is why you have been sent to spy out our liberties. WHY YOU ARE INVESTIGATING US When you were sent out to unofficially investigate us there was no reported crime and you have been sent on a political fishing expedition to neutralize the People who want Justice returned to our courts and thereby political and judicial offices. The presence of the People is a problem to the rampant criminal activities in the courts; you are investigating the wrong People. They are abusing their powers and using law enforcement agents to chill and control the People. If you want to know the truth just listen to our message, and then look at mess that the people that sent you out to find fault in us have created. America is falling apart at the seams because of the rampant corruption in our courts and political arena. WHAT IS COMMON LAW? The Common Law is the jurisdiction that our founders set in motion when creating the United States of America. It is found in the Constitution for the United States of America Article III Section 2; Article VI paragraph 2 and in the Bill of Rights Amendment VII. United States. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia said in the Supreme Court case United States -v- Williams in 1992 that the common law 5 th Amendment requires an independent Grand Jury, and it in under this authority National Liberty Alliance acts.

2 Common Law is Natural Law, America was founded on Common Law. The Constitution for the United States of America, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, Magna Carta and the Holy Bible are all Common Law documents that the United States of America is founded upon. BAR taught lawyers and judges are taught that common law has been abrogated which means that the Constitution along with the Bill of Rights, America s soul, is no more and if that was true then America is no more, and such an act would be treason. ARE WE A DANGER TO AMERICA? Certainly not, we are not sovereign citizens we are just the People from across the nation from every State in America and from every walk of life. We are your parents, your sons and daughters, your neighbors, we are your teachers, your students, we are you. We are Americas only hope to save the Republic without bloodshed. We are bound by the Law of the Land (US Constitution Article VI) and are only a threat to those in power that are breaking the law. These corrupt elected and appointed officials are abusing their authority by sending law enforcement out to chill the People because we might expose their criminal activities. Therefore they want to prevent the People from their lawful right to participate in the judicial process. We have no intentions of making citizens arrests or filing commercial liens or doing anything unlawful. Law enforcement took an oath to serve the People; our question to you is, will you? WHO WE REALLY ARE AND WHAT WE WANT National Liberty Alliance teaches principles, we encourage People to develop a sense of Honor, a sense of Justice and a sense of Mercy; we uplift God and encourage patience and humility; we instruct People to be courteous and helpful to law enforcement agents. Thomas Jefferson said; "If a nation expects to be ignorant and free in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be." As we are sure you know or at least sense, the America our founding fathers established is about to be lost forever unless We the People save her by reinstating justice in our courts. Daniel Webster said; "Hold on, my friends, to the Constitution and the Republic for which it stands. Miracles do not cluster, and what has happened once in 6,000 years, may not happen again. Hold on to the Constitution, for if the American Constitution should fail, there will be anarchy throughout the world."

3 In April of 2013 a group of concerned People from all walks of life came together to form an educational website to save America through education - We had discovered the power that our founding fathers established but has been hidden from the People by progressives in power for perhaps 100 years. It is the foundation of our beginnings and declared in America s three Founding Documents. 1) THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE, July 4, We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. 2) UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. 3) BILL OF RIGHTS Amendment I. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. The idea that Congress shall make no Law is understood to include all Ten Amendments. This is supported by the Supremacy Clause found in the Constitution, Article VI Clause 2. This Constitution shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding. And the 7th Amendment. In suits at common law the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law. To name just a few places. So you see the foundation of America is found in the People and government derives just powers from the consent of the People. It is the People who ordained and establish the Law (Constitution) for the States. And Congress shall make no law that is repugnant to Liberty. In April 2013 we found a court case that we realized gave new meaning to our Founding Documents, and new Hope for America. It revealed what had been hidden from the People, as we said earlier, for perhaps 100 years. The question of why and how can only be answered

4 over time and revelation through education. But what we found was The Power of the Common Law Grand Jury! In a stunning 6 to 3 decision Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority, confirmed that the American grand jury is neither part of the judicial, executive nor legislative branches of government, but instead belongs to the people. It is in effect a fourth branch of government "governed" and administered to directly by and on behalf of the American people, and its authority emanates from the Bill of Rights, see United States -v- Williams. There are only three ways a court can hear a criminal complaint: (1) One or more of the people sign a sworn affidavit that they have been injured; (2) A prosecutor, on behalf of the government brings an accusation before the Grand Jury and the Grand Jury either indicts or does nothing; (3) The Grand Jury by its own will, can investigate merely on suspicion that the law is being violated, or even because it wants assurance that it is not, and if it finds wrongdoing it can present it to the court and it must go to trial and no one can second guess the Grand Jury, unless the Grand Jury s actions violate another s unalienable rights. And it is through the Grand Jury where the People can consent or not to its Government. Because if we have an unfettered Grand Jury administered to and by the People we the People can remove from office any servant that violates their oath of office. The problem of course is that we have a puppet Grand Jury controlled by our servants in government and clearly they are incapable of policing themselves. And this is why you are investigating us because criminals in high places cannot have the People in their courts shutting down their money making operations, look around I m sure you sense this. Lysander Spooner, Trial by Jury, 1852, page 92; said: "If the government can select the jurors, it will, of course, select those whom it supposes will be favorable to its enactments. And an exclusion of any of the freemen from eligibility is a selection of those not excluded. It will be seen, from the statutes cited, that the most absolute authority over the jury box that is, over the right of the people to sit in juries has been usurped by the government"; And so, it was because of these findings that the Common Law Grand Jury movement was born, a true grass roots movement moving across America like a prairie fire. Our goal is to establish an independent administrative common law grand jury process in every county, separate from the government, operating under Biblical Principles, administered by the People. Each administrator and jurist taking the following vow: I vow to the Governor of the Universe, in my capacity as Jurist, to insure that all public servants uphold the US Constitution and Bill of Prohibitions (Rights);

5 and to carry out all of my deliberating under Natural Law; principled under Justice, Honor, and Mercy; And to strictly adhere to the following two legal maxims: (1) Every right when with-held must have a remedy, and every injury it s proper redress, and (2) In the absence of a victim there can be no crime, corpus delecti; the State cannot be the victim. SO WHAT DO WE REALLY WANT We want America to return to her roots! In conclusion, we will end with the words of our beloved founding father, Thomas Jefferson: "I know no safe depositary of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power Educate and inform the whole mass of the people... They are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty."
