CUPCAKE GIRL CAKE TOPPER $55.00 This is a fun cake topper, especially with the popularity of cupcakes. May be used for many occasions with just a few changes. Instructor will provide all supplies for use in class. CAKE APPLIQUE TECHNIQUE : $55.00 Come and try this fun class. This is a technique that is originally used in sewing but may be adapted to take decorating. Once you master this, you will look at patterns with different eyes and be eager to try new designs. Instructor will provide all supplies for use in class. WHIMSICAL ANIMALS - CLASS (1) : $55.00 Come and have some fun and see what can be made from fondant. This class will provide the basis for modelling many other animals. All supplies for use in class will be provided by the instructor. MARZIPAN FRUITS & VEGETABLES : $55.00 These fruits and vegetables are the perfect decoration for cakes, cupcakes, Thanksgiving. They are fun to make and fun to eat! Instructor will provide all supplies for use in class. CHOCOLATE FLOWERS $55.00 If you enjoy chocolate as much as I do, you ll love this class. If you are an experienced sugar crafter your talents will serve you will in this new adventure! If you do not have any previous experience, don t dismay - you will see results immediately. A wonderful advantage of this medium is that you can eat your mistakes! Flowers included in this class - full-blown rose and daisies. 2 FUN BABY TOPPER # 3 $55.00 This sweet little baby may be for either a boy or a girl. You choose the colours. All supplies for class will be provided by the instructor. FLOWER FAVOURS MADE FROM CHOCOLATE OR ALMOND DRAGEES $55.00 This is a really fun class. Come and learn what can be creatively made from almond/ chocolate dragees. All supplies for use in class will be provided by the instructor. HAPPY DRAGON $55.00 Come and make this fun, happy dragon. Great for men s cakes, children s cakes, whatever you choose. Add a flower or a ribbon, and it will be a lady. Add a top-hat and it will be a man! All supplies for class will be provided by the instructor. ELEGANT SHOES : $75.00 Everyone likes shoes. Come along and make your very own for that special occasion cake. Finished shoes are approximately 4 L x 2 W. Start off with the basic shoe and then use your imagination to make whatever you can dream of. This class includes the complete set of shoe cutters (A $29.95 value). All supplies will be Provided by the instructor. CUPCAKE DECORATION $55.00 Cupcakes are fun and simple to make and decorate. Want to make them stand out? This is the class for you. Something for children, mums and dads, baby showers. The list is endless. Students will need to bring six, undecorated cupcakes. Instructor will provide all other supplies for use in class. CAKE DECORATING - BEGINNING : $50.00 Students will need to bring a 6 or 8 cake (round or square, dummy or real) on an 8 or 10 cake board. Learn to cover a cake with frosting and pipe various borders. Please bring an off-set spatula and star decorating tip in two sizes. All other supplies for use in class will be provided by the instructor. CAKE DECORATING - INTERMEDIATE : $50.00 Building on beginning class, students will learn basket weave, cornelli lace and some piped flowers (time permitting). Students will need to bring a frosted 6 or 8 cake (round or square, dummy or real) on an 8 or 10 board, a flower nail, basket weave, flower petal and # 2 tip. All other supplies will be provided by the instructor. FUN FAIRY CAKE TOPPER : $55.00 The perfect Fairy for a cake top for a child s (or adults!) birthday cake. Instructor will provide all supplies required for class.

4 ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR Ms. Loveland is a native of the United Kingdom and has lived in the Fairfax area since She is a graduate Pastry Chef of L Academie de Cuisine, Ewald Notter Blown & Pulled Sugar and Chocolate Work, the Roland Winbeckler Professional Course,, the Amy Malone School of Cake Decorating and has completed a course of study in the art of airbrush with Frances Kuyper. She has travelled extensively and also taught in the United Kingdom. All classes are taught by Beryl Loveland. A place in class will be guaranteed only if your deposit is received seven days before the date agreed for a specific class. Phone reservations cannot be honoured. Deposits are not refundable or transferable unless notification is received a minimum of seven days prior to the class.
