2 SCATI SITUATION MANAGER SCATI SITUATION MANAGER is a unique user interface for comprehensive management of all security components: video, intercoms, alarm panels, access control, building management, GPS devices, etc. This management can be performed with customisable procedures that can be adapted to company operation and increase efficiency in day-to-day tasks and alarm verification. SCATI SITUATION MANAGER has been designed to simplify as far as possible operation and start-up by using an extremely user-friendly interface and initial configuration tools. Moreover, since it is a web application, there is no need to install any software in the operator's workstation. This reduces maintenance needs to the minimum. CUSTOMIZABLE PROCEDURES SCATI SITUATION MANAGER allows the user to create personalised procedures for all types of situations: alarm verification, supervised access control, remote surveillance, etc. These procedures consist of a series of tasks which dynamically adapt to the operator's response in real time. The procedures can be designed to adapt to each organisation and their use prevents operator errors and responsibility gaps. The convergence of information from all systems (video access control, audio, etc.) makes it possible to discard alarms with certainty and reduces response time. USER-FRIENDLY WEB APPLICATION The visual simplicity of the interface makes operators learning curve extremely sharp. 3 Procedures and operator guidance SCATI SITUATION MANAGER features security management with procedures that can be adapted to each organisation and are easy to define. These procedures define sets of instructions to be followed by operators, for both alarm verification and routine surveillance operations presented in the interface, known as the Operator Guidance. Initial procedure configuration is carried out using specific tools and models for a variety of situations, thereby simplifying start-up. These simple tasks guide operators quickly and easily during their day-today work, thereby increasing the operational efficiency of the security team. Thanks to the collection of data from all the systems in a single interface and the optimal design of the sets of instructions, SCATI SITUATION MANAGER reduces false alarms and alarm response times, leading to a rapid return of investment. Immediate alarm verification SCATI SITUATION MANAGER allows real-time alarm verification with maximum efficiency thanks to the convergence of all types of information (video, audio, GPS positioning, digital inputs, alarm panels, fire managers, access control, etc.), and even the option of adding alarms manually. The alarm list displays the alarms grouped by sites in descending priority order, including icons that indicate the alarm type (intrusion, panic, technical warning, etc.) and their priority (according to a colour code). Alarm verification is carried out following the Operator Guidance, which allows a complete analysis of the situation, event correlation, combining events with video and audio and guiding the security operator through a personalised checklist for each case. The result is an effective discard of false alarms and a response to potential threats in record time. Comprehensive security management SCATI SITUATION MANAGER allows real-time security management in conditions of maximum efficiency thanks to the possibility of accessing the various systems from a unified interface and the use of the Operator Guidance. In addition to alarm verification, it is equipped with remote functions that reduce the company's operational costs by avoiding the need for security personnel. For example, the remote guard tour guides the operator via a series of control points. Thanks to the concierge function, the operator can identify employees remotely using access control information (name, photograph, ID, etc.), in combination with video and audio. This allows accepting or rejecting employee access, managing errors in the access control system and sending alerts in the event of anomalous situations (off-schedule access, forced door, door open for too long, etc.). The Loneworker function allows sending alarms from mobile devices, locating individuals via GPS and initiating a sequence of contact attempts.

4 Business reports and analyses SCATI SITUATION MANAGER allows the creation of personalised reports with all types of information: video, audio, recordings, charts, actions performed by the operator, etc., which can be exported to PDF or Excel and sent by . Searches can be performed by date, location, alarm/task type (intrusion, reception, etc.), to include only events of interest to the operator. Moreover, the Audit Trail module records all the actions performed by the security operators, including all video and audio they have accessed. The business analysis is a user-friendly tool panel that displays security equipment performance using charts for priorities and alarm types, response times, etc., thereby making it possible to assess the workload and decide how operators are assigned to locations. Other important indicators, such as the number of alarms per location/event type and the number of false alarms make it easier to detect poor configuration in a system or other maintenance problems. Maps and video mosaics SCATI SITUATION MANAGER is integrated with maps that can be used by the operator to obtain a geographic view of the entire area or region requiring supervision. Sites are marked on the map and whenever there are notifications (alarm verification, concierge, etc.) for that site, the corresponding icon will indicate them. The operator can navigate over the map, zoom in and out, use the satellite view and search for postal codes or addresses (cities, streets), all with exceptional user-friendly tools. Filters are available to show or hide locations and alarms. The operator can write the name in the search box to find a given location. Both alarms and locations can be accessed from the map. SCATI SITUATION MANAGER can also be used to create and customise an unlimited number of video mosaics from SCATI VISION recorders, including the possibility of controlling PTZ cameras. Systems integration SCATI SITUATION MANAGER has full access to all SCATI systems and devices, whether they are dedicated to video surveillance, intercom communications (SCATI INTERCOMM) or video analysis (SCATI ANALYTICS PLATFORM). Alarms are received via SCATI HUB and video transmission is centralised by SCATI LINKER, thereby optimising bandwidth. Therefore, operators can get the most out of the possibilities offered by the various SCATI security modules. Operators: operators access the SCATI SITUATION MANAGER interface securely from any computer via a web browser, thanks to the use of HTTPS protocol. SCATI DB: stores the users and information from recorders and other SCATI devices. It can consist of several servers in a cluster. SCATI INTERCOMM Switchboard: manages thousands of SIP (VoIP) devices and calls and allows for call recording and querying. SCATI HUB alarm manager: centralises alarms from video, audio, analysis or third party systems. SCATI LINKER video distributor: transmits video from SCATI VISION recorders to an unlimited number of clients, optimising bandwidth use.
