Hsts are able t create and manage small grup breakut rms within a meeting. They can als perfrm all the tasks that a presenter r participant can. Presenter Presenters can share cntent already laded int the meeting rm frm the library. They can share their screen with all attendees, chat, and bradcast live audi and vide. Presenters can mute and unmute audi bradcasts n their cmputers. Participant Participants can view the cntent that the presenter is sharing, hear and see the presenter s audi and vide bradcast, and use text chat. 19 2. Value Prpsitins The Value Prpsitin describes prducts and services that create value fr a specific custmer segment. Values may be quantitative (price, speed f service etc) r qualitative (design, custmer experience etc). In this prject the Vitae curse is the value prpsitin. Hw can we adapt Vitae curse t the custmers needs?
20 3. Channels The Channels describes hw a cmpany cmmunicates with and reaches its custmer segments t deliver a value prpsitin. The channels cver three areas: General cmmunicatin with the custmer (student r rganizatin). Sale channels fr the Vitae curses. Distributin and delivery f the Vitae curses.
21 4. Custmer Relatinships The Custmer Relatinships describe the types f relatinships a cmpany (curse center) establishes with specific custmer segments (students r rganizatins): The relatinships with the custmer rganizatin. The relatinships with the students during the curses.
22 5. Revenue Streams The Revenue Streams represents the cash a cmpany (curse centre) generates frm each custmer segments. There are several ways t generate revenue streams, and the questin is: Fr what value (prducts r services) is each custmer segment truly willing t pay? Each revenue stream may have different pricing mechanisms.
23 6. Key Resurces The Key Resurces describes the mst imprtant assets required t make the Vitae business plan wrk. Key resurces can be categrized as fllws: Physical Rm, technical infrastructure, sftware, etc. Intellectual Brands, knwledge, patents and cpyrights, etc. Human Teachers, administratins, management, technical persns. Financial Cash, lines f credit, etc.
