1 ANNEXURE-A SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUPPLY INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF CCTV SYSTEM This product shall be manufactured by a make whose quality system is in compliance with the ISO ISO certificate from OEM to be attached All systems and components must be in compliance with FCC, CE, UL and RoHs requirements. All equipment and materials used shall be standard components that are regularly manufactured and used in the manufacturer s system. All systems and components shall have been thoroughly tested and proven in actual use. In case the bidder is authorized reseller or channel partner an authorization letter from the OEM need to be submitted in original. Compliance statement for the specifications under needed to be attached; deviation & remarks need to mention clearly. Datasheet to be attached, Demonstration to be given as and when required. Schedule for the same will be informed in advance. All equipments will be having 3 years replacement warranty. The Turnaround time for any issue is one Business day or 8 hours. The vendor must carry our preventive maintenance every Quarter for all the equipments installed Free of cost till three years. Vendor has to share Health check report of this system in every quarter to Jamia Hamdard University Competent Authority. After three years the AMC cannot exceed 8 % of the total project cost. The Vendor has to accept this AMC if given have Jamia Hamdard. In case Jamia Hamdard wants to give this AMC to some other vendor, there should be no objection from the company who executes this project. 1 DVR (8 Channel) 2 DVR should have 8 channel video and 8 channel audio inputs 3 DVR should support multiple streams for recording, live viewing, and remote monitoring 4 DVR stream supports recording at up to 960 x 576 (PAL) and 1075x720 (NTSC) resolutions in real time@ 25 frames per second Dual stream at CIF/QCIF resolution. 5 Output of DVR shall have Simultaneous HDMI, VGA and CVBS outputs. 6 DVR HDMI output and VGA output at up to P resolution.
