1 Unit Recruitment Resources Available for The Garden State Council has a variety of resources available to help you make your recruitment a success. To request any of the items in this brochure, please fill out the Flyer Request form and contact your District Executive (contact info on the form), or send an to: marketing@gardenstatescouting.org Yard Signs: Sturdy, corrugated cardboard, water resistant, reusable signs with aluminum stands. Reusable if you tape clear plastic 8 1/2 x 11 paper cover to sign in white area, then slide in printed page with recruitment info. Change paper as needed. Each unit is guaranteed 2 signs, but more can be requested depending upon availability.

3 What Cub Scouts Do: This flyer can be used by itself or on the back of the recruitment flyer. Additional Cub Scout Resources Onboarding Envelope: Put all your Pack information in this 10x13 oversized envelope such as schedule, contact info, talent forms, and give to parents on recruitment night. Note: DON T put applications inside - they should be filled out and turned in that night! Peer to Peer Invitations: We can customize these for your unit and print them to be either from your pack or the Scout. Or provide blanks that you can fill in as needed. Invitations are very useful, and often welcomed in schools that don t allow flyers! Can be printed on cardstock in white, yellow or light blue.
