Every event includes a professional full time coordinator at no additional cost to you. The Grille at Rough Hollow is the exclusive caterer to all Rough Hollow Yacht Club Events. No outside food or beverage is allowed onsite. *For specific cuisine, The Grille will allow a food only buyout if they are unable to accommodate High Quality and Affordable. It s the rental company run by event planners. You will get the inside help you need to make your event spectacular. No need to be a client of Valerie Miller Events Coordination Services, our rental company is open to everyone throwing a party!

6 The Bar At Rough Hollow we know that not one bar package fits all. We are flexible in creating a bar service that fits your needs and budget. Below are a few of our most popular options. All prices are based on 4-hours of bar service. Additional Hours are available. All bars will have a bartender fee of $95 per 75 guests Open Bar Prices Anyone under 21 would be charged the non-alcoholic bar price of $10/person All Open Bars include Unlimited Water, Ice Tea, Soda and Juice Open Beer and Wine for 4 hours $23/Person Open Beer and Wine with one Signature Drink for 4 hours $25/Person Full Open Bar $28/Person House Champagne $25/Bottle Other Bar Options On Consumption Bar Every beverage is charged per drink ordered. You can combine the unlimited non-alcoholic bar with this option Set-Price Bar You come up with a set-amount of money you will spend. 7 Booking The Beautiful Waterfront Yacht Club Pavilion v A Signed Contract & Deposit of $2250 is due to book the venue. The contract will be sent to be completed via Doc-u-Sign. A Credit Card is accepted for all deposits without a convenience fee. After the initial deposit a convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments, if used. Cash and Checks are always accepted as well without any additional convenience fees. All Billing is handled by Valerie Miller Events, LLC Payments can be made payable to Valerie Miller Events and mailed to Crosswind Circle, Austin TX v Estimated Guest Count is Due 2 weeks before event date v Final Guest Count is Due 1 week before event date as is final payment Call or to schedule your personal tour roughhollow@valeriemillerevents.com
