ALISTAIR CHAMPION SCOTT GRECK DENIS HEIZMANN Co-Founder of LCA and Director of Franchising Alistair began his career as a network engineer in the legal and IT industry, before moving into sales and executive roles in the aesthetics industry. Laser Clinics Australia was born after Alistair and co-founder saw the synergies between laser hair removal clinics and the growing demand for cosmetic injections. Alistair is on the Board of several other entities in healthcare and aesthetics including Smile Dental Clinics and LaserAid. Managing Partner, Archer Growth Scott is a Managing Partner and Investment Committee member of Archer Growth, one of Australia s leading private equity firms, and a shareholder of Laser Clinics Australia. Scott has 15 years of private equity experience and has also served in management, operational and investment roles with AMP Henderson, Publishing and Broadcasting Limited, Citibank and TNT Express Worldwide. His experience across a range of industries, businesses and geographies makes him a key asset to LCA s extensive franchise network. Investment Manager, Archer Growth Denis is an Investment Manager with Archer Growth. Denis has seven years of experience in private equity and has provided operational support to several investee businesses. Prior to joining Archer Growth, he was working in National Australia Bank s corporate finance division and in institutional relationship management across the consumer and health care industries, which is advantageous to the LCA franchise network.
