7 East Asia Airlines - Heliport: Lounge Refit 2003/ 2005 East Asia Airlines Ltd. Construction Area (m 2 ): 950 Construction Cost (Million MOP$): 12 Courtyard Engineering and, Ltd. The architectural conceptual design is from Woodhead International, Australia. East Asia Airlines, Ltd intended to expand their infrastructures located in the Macau Ferry Terminal. Their goal was to renovate and expand the arrivals and departures lounge as well as the management and control areas by using part of the terrace area of The Macau Ferry Terminal.

8 Mandarin Oriental Macau Conversion of Embassy Bar to Shopping Arcade 2006/ 2007 Mandarin Oriental Macau Chinney Timwill, Ltd. Construction Area (m 2 ): 281 Construction Cost (Million MOP$): 18 MPS has been appointed to provide multi-disciplinary design services, project management and site works supervision for conversion of the Embassy Bar of the Hotel Mandarin Oriental Macau into Shopping Arcade. The interior design is from East Joint s Ltd, Hong Kong.

9 CTT, new Philately area Refurbishment and interior fitting-out works, Macau 2004/ 2006 CTT - Direcção dos Serviços de Correios de Macau J&T Construction Co. Ltd. 0 Construction Area (m 2 ): 260 Construction Cost (Million MOP$): 17 MPS provided a full multi-disciplinary design, project management and works supervision for the refurbishment and interior fitting-out works of the New Philately Area at B/F and G/F of the Macau Post Office Building.

10 Mandarin Oriental Macau Level 1 and 2 - Restaurants and Shopping Arcade 2003/ 2005 Mandarin Oriental Macau Tong Lei Co. Ltd. Construction Area (m 2 ): Construction Cost (Million MOP$): 36.9 The interior design for the restaurants is from BUZ, Hong Kong. The design involves transforming part of Level 1 of the hotel into a classical style shopping arcade for high-end products and the southern wing of Level 2 into two stylish restaurants the Mezzaluna and Café Bela Vista. Mezzaluna, inspired by a renovated Tuscan villa, is a trendy Italian restaurant with open kitchen, a wine room and a main dining area which showcases beautiful views of the resort garden. The enticing elements and beautiful colonial architecture of the historic Hotel Bela Vista have been brought into the restaurant reflecting the historical character of a traditional Portuguese family home.

11 Macau Lawyers Association Office Refurbishment 2005/ 2005 Associação dos Advogados de Macau Lai Si Construction, Ltd. Construction Area (m 2 ): 298 Construction Cost (Million MOP$): 1.8 Due to the tremendous demand for professional training of lawyers and increasing number of members, the Macau Lawyer Association decided to extend their existing office into the neighbouring units. The new design includes one lecture theatre which can accommodate 90 people, two new offices, one meeting room and one public waiting area. With this design, clear separation between working area for staff and spaces for students is provided, and yet, still sharing the same design language.

12 CESL Asia Headquarters Office Decoration, Macau 2003/ 2004 CESL Asia Group Macau Idea Construction, Ltd. Construction Area (m 2 ): 468 Construction Cost (Million MOP$): 0.96 Due to the rapid development and expansion of the company, the CESL Asia Group Macau requires to extend their existing headquarters office into the neighbouring unit. While the design of the office does meet the requirements of the CESL Asia in functional terms, with the introduction of a new meeting room, archive space and more workstations, the design also intends to relate back to original colour scheme of the existing office.

13 Refurbishment and interior fitting-out works for the new "Certification Authority Office" 2002/ 2004 C.T.T. - Direcção dos Serviços de Correios de Macau Works Supervision Construction Area (m 2 ): 340 Construction Cost (Million MOP$): 1.3 Construção Civil Lao Kam On, Lda. MPS designed and supervised the works on site for the refurbishment and interior fitting-out works of the new Certification Authority Office at the G/F of the GDTTI building.

14 Mandarin Oriental Macau - New Spa Gardens and Jacuzzi 2002/ 2004 Mandarin Oriental Macau Tong Lei Co. Ltd. Construction Area (m 2 ): 195 Construction Cost (Million MOP$): 2 Set in tropical gardens, the Spa at Mandarin Oriental Macau is a haven of relaxation. This project involved transforming a part of the existing outdoor space into 6 semi-enclosed private Jacuzzi gardens, where visitors can enjoy and relax in the elegance of Thai environment.

15 The Venetian Macau Office 2003/ 2003 The Venetian Macau Shui Ming Construction Construction Area (m 2 ): 390 Construction Cost (Million MOP$): 2.1 The goal and challenge in the design for the headquarters office of the Venetian Macau is to provide a functional and harmonious working environment for their staff in a very short period of time. While the design of the office does meet the requirements of the Venetian Macau in functional terms, the design also intends to relate to the golden & black colour scheme of the company s Sands Casino.

16 Restaurante Vinha Interior 1999/ 2000 Grupo Jade York Investment Co. Ltd. (HK) J&T Construction Area (m 2 ): 403 Construction Cost (Million MOP$): 1.3 This is a vineyard themed restaurant furnished with traditional European home design, aiming to provide customers the feeling of dining in a warm European family. In addition, window seats at the two sides of the restaurant provide an exceptional open air and romantic feeling.
