Waist to Hip Ratio Waist to hip ratio = Waist measurement divided by Hip measurement Women : Score above 0.8 higher = Risk Men: Score above 0.95 = Higher Risk Why It s Important? Inter-abdominal fat carried around the middle = greater risk of heart disease because the organs (including liver) are surrounded by fat and the liver receives a constant supply of fat-rich blood which it turns into cholesterol which gets pumped straight to the heart!

So Let s Summarise Your Wellness goals Your current Daily Diet Body Analysis - BMI (Body Mass Index) - Body Fat % Now, lets look at how we can improve things and help you achieve your Wellness Goals

Why The Body Needs Good Daily Nutrition Our bodies are made up of 100 trillion cells. These require 114 nutrients to work properly Nutrients t are broken into two main groups: 1. Nutrients for Energy 2. Nutrients for Creation & Repair of cells What Our Body Does With Daily Nutrition ENERGY CREATE & REPAIR CELLS Fats Carbs Proteins DAY TIME Nutrients NIGHT TIME BREAKFAST?

Body Fat Test Our body wakes up in the morning and demands 114 nutrients and what do we give it? SUGAR! or NOTHING!

Popular Breakfast Carbohydrate-based Breakfast... In the morning, simple carbohydrates (sugary refined cereals, white bread, toast etc) cause an immediate surge in blood sugar, resulting in a substantial release of insulin. The insulin removes most of the sugar from our blood, turning any excess into fat. This decreased level of blood sugar results in further cravings for carbohydrates. Skipping Breakfast... When we skip breakfast, blood sugar drops below the normal level, leading to cravings and a drop in energy. Cravings usually mean we revert to snacking on simple carbohydrates, causing the same problem as a Carb based breakfast! This cycle constitutes one of the major reasons for: Weight-Gain (as fat is stored) Increased risk of Type 2 Diabetes High Blood Pressure / High Cholesterol Heart Disease & other health conditions

Ideal Breakfast A balanced breakfast supplies our body with vital nutrients and energy without increasing blood sugar and insulin levels. It also helps to avoid dependence on carbs during the day. A healthy breakfast ensures that appetite stays under control, cravings for carbs diminish and our body uses its fat stores for energy, promoting healthy weight loss. Balanced Healthy Breakfast... Rehydration The body loses a lot of fluid at night Restore Energy and sustain it! Vital Nutrients (inc. Protein) allowing the body to function correctly and perform at its best Healthy Blood-Sugar levels throughout the day without Blood-Sugar spikes and damaging insulin surges.

Ideal Breakfast The No.1 Ideal Breakfast Worldwide! 1. A Big Glass of Water 500ml 2. A mug of Herbal Beverage 3. Formula 1 Nutritious Shake 4. Formula 2 High-grade Multi-Vitamin & Mineral

Immediate Results... Increased Energy & Vitality Appetite control Better digestion Improved sleep Feeling of Well-Being Improved mood Weight improvement Better Size and Shape For Quicker Results... Have Twice A Day 1 x IDEAL BREAKFAST + 1 x IDEAL LUNCH + HEALTHY EVENING MEAL OF YOUR CHOICE
