5 International Race Track of Betim The State of and the City of Betim have an automotive vocation at the same time lacking in entertainment areas. This project aims at attracting global-level events, the location and accesses are privileged and may include areas for multi-use sports and theme parks. Its use can go beyond and become a test track as well. Betim is one of only 02 cities that house petrochemical and automotive plants, also has large logistics and distribution centers. The city's master Plan already includes a large region to house the profile of the project, such region being situated next to a large and beautiful dam and an environmental protection area. Taking also into account that there are few spaces for this industry, this is a prime location of the city, today cut by 02 major highways BR381 and BR262. However, this may be just an embryo of a much larger and daring entertainment and sports project. The project is in the planning, and physical and economic surveys stages. City located in the metropolitan area of Belo Horizonte. BR 381, BR 262 and BR040 and still MG050 highways. Close to Tancredo Neves International Airport (Confins) Rail Branch Line Ferrovia Centro-Atlantica (FCA). Population of the surrounding cities directly influenced by more than 6,000,000 inhabitants, Area indicated for the project Northern Region of the City, also known as Serra Negra. seadec@betim.mg.gov.br Professional, Scientific and Technical Activities (National Classification of Economic Activities CNAE 69 to 75) Audiovisual - Arts, Culture, Sports and Recreation (CNAE 90 to 93) Other Services Activities (CNAE 94 to 96) Other CNAE Codes Tourism Board and Lodging (CNAE 55 to 56) Trade; Repair of Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles (CNAE 45 to 47) Overall Project Value BRL USD 208,695,652 Period / Term of Cooperation July, July, 2016 Expected Return Rate 9% per annum Public-private partnership 2014 Development of projects and approvals 2015 Preparation of land and infrastructure 2016/2017 construction works MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BETIM Address RUA PARÁ DE MINAS Betim FABRÍCIO FERNANDES FREIRE Telephone +55 (31) fabricioff@betim.mg.gov.br 151
6 BETIM INOVAPARK TECHNOLOGICAL PARK Betim Technological Park - INOVAPARK will be an urban environment in which companies will be endowed with high value of aggregated technological innovation, having partnership with universities and research centers in the fields regarding the productive arrangement of Betim city, such as automotive technology, petrochemical technology (Betim is one of the two only cities of the country to house petrochemical and automotive plants), transport logistic and distribution and information technology, where it ranks third in the State. With the objective to broaden and diversify the development profile of the city, Betim Technological Park - INOVAPARK will also contemplate the corporative implantation of spin offs in electroelectronics area, information technology, communication technology, design, environment and biotechnology, highlighted by the participation of the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais - PUC Minas in Betim in the enterprise through the implantation of a campus. INOVAPARK will be deployed in a property of the City with area of about 228 hectares, where it will count on areas for deployment of companies and institutions partners, (private public partnership) intended for the industries, administrative-headquarters, housing for companies, museum, library, space for lectures, banks, helipoint, commercial center, area intended for the university campus and research centers, as well as areas intended for leisure and sport. The deployment of Betim Technological Park - INOVAPARK will attract to its surroundings the interest in the deployment of high standard real estate, as residential condominiums, institutions of education, commerce and services, with an upper class population, which in turn, will lead to the demand of high standard services throughout the region. It is expected to have the deployment of anchor companies, whose resources are generated by the allocation of space which will be used for maintenance and expansion. Equally important at this stage is the deployment of the headquarter-building, which will house structures such as administrative center and offices, housing of companies, auditorium, entrepreneurship show room, supporting areas, among others. The foreseen deadline for INOVAPARK urban deployment is 24 months. The project is registered at the Amparo de Foundation - FABEMIG MG INOVAPARK will be deployed in the intersection between BRs 381 (Fernão Dias) and 262 (Roads), in the city of Betim-, Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte, which features as the enterprise influence area. seadec@betim.mg.gov.br Overall Project Value BRL USD 13,043,478 Period / Term of Cooperation Expected Return Rate Administrative Activities and Complementary Services (CNAE 77 to 82) Professional, Scientific and Technical Activities (CNAE 69 to 75) Audiovisual - Arts, Culture, Sport and Recreation (CNAE 90 to 93) Education (CNAE 85) Manufacturing Industry (CNAE 10 to 33) Logistics, Roadways, Railways, Ports, Waterways, Airports, Urban mobility, Transport, Storage and Mail, among others (CNAE 49 to 53) TIC - Information Technologies and Communication (CNAE 58 to 63) Tourism - Lodging and Feeding (CNAE 55 to 56) Agriculture, Cattle, Forest Production, Fishing and Aquaculture Production (CNAE 01 to 03) Trade; Repairing of Automobiles and Motorcycles (CNAE 45 to 47) Health (CNAE 86 to 88) 25 years 0.5% per year Public-private partnership Urban Infrastructure works From Month 01 to Month 12 Headquarters Building works - From Month 06 to Month 24 Municipal City Hall of Betim Address Rua Pará de Minas, 640 Betim ZIP: Betim IT IS NOT APPLIED MILTON CASERIO FILHO Telephone +55 (31) mikafi@globo.com 152
