Work through sophisticated word problems and articulate the process used to get the answers. K 3 Art-n-Orbit is a unique art and science program that focuses on children's creative spirit while they learn the fundamentals of art and science. We explore the Universe, create spinning spacecraft that zoom across the floor, conduct fun science experiments and much more. Our hands-on classes are both engaging and educational for boys and girls. Each week your children leave with their own tailor-made project that is a source of accomplishment and joy. New projects are featured each year so your child can continue the learning experience. Taught by Art-n-Orbit's experienced staff. Featured projects for the WINTER 2017 TERM include: Magnet Machine: Learn all about the mystery of magnetism as you create your very own magnetic machine. Kids are really attracted to this project, Space Shuttle: Design and build your very own Space Shuttle using a variety of fun recycled materials. During this project, we learn about the challenges and rewards of space travel. Out of this world! Thunder Roller: Learn about sound waves while you build and decorate your own sound effects tube.
