SINGLE USER VERSION HAL E-BANK /PERSONAL THE FOLLOWING ARE NEEDED FOR USING HAL E-BANK: An appropriate PC with Windows P, Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating system installed, Hal E-Bank software, An USB key or a smart card reader and a smart card, which has been authorized by the bank, Connection to the bank server (internet access or a dial-up connection), Bank agreement. HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS: Processor: - Windows P: minimal: 550 MHz recommended: 1,6 GHz 32-bit processor or higher - Windows Vista: minimal: 800 MHz recommended: 2 GHz 32-bit processor or higher - Windows 7: minimal: 1 GHz recommended: 2GHz 32-bit processor or higher Hard drive space: - Windows 2003/P/Vista/7: minimal: 200 MB recommended: 1 GB available hard drive space or more RAM size: - Windows 2003/P: minimal 256 MB recommended 512 MB or more

Alternatively, DIN keyboard port can be used, in combination with 2 adapters (DIN to PS/2 and PS/2 back to DIN) - Smart card reader with a PCMCIA connector: An available and appropriate PCMCIA slot When an external modem is used for establishing a dial-up connection, an additional serial (COM) port is required to connect the modem to the computer. CD-ROM or DVD-ROM unit, or one accessible through local area network. Internet access. For a modem with dial-up networking it is necessary that the modem supports download speeds of at least 14,400 bps, though a higher one is highly recommended. 3 SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS: One of the following operating systems installed: Windows P/Vista/7 with support for TCP/IP protocol. Installed software for digital certificate handling: SmartTrust Personal (Windows P with CA PO 2 certificates), Nexus Personal (Windows P/Vista/7). When using dial-up networking appropriate modem driver must be installed, together with dial-up network support. To install the software appropriate rights are needed or presence of system administrator is required. Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher installed. Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader 10.0 or higher installed. PARAMETER REQUIREMENTS: Time zone must be set to GMT+1. Slovenian regional settings installed on work stations (these settings don't need to be selected as default). In order to connect with the bank server through the firewall an open port for data transfer and updating of the program is necessary. IP addresses and required port numbers are listed in the program, which is located at the following link: Application does not use HTTP proxy servers, as the basic protocol for data transmission protocol is not HTTP. The application can be linked directly to the HTTPS server, but not through a proxy server. So far we have received very few requests for implementation of SSL Tunnelling or SSL proxysupport. It is the same from a safety point of view if a company allows access to a URL via SSL proxy or permits the opening of the external links to the exact defined server and TCP port. The only proxy servers supported by our client are so-called "port forwarding" or "traffic redirection" proxy servers, where all the traffic sent on TCP port of the proxy server is forwarded to the target e-banking server unchanged. 3/5

4 2. NETWORK INSTALLATION HAL E-BANK/CORPORATE Hal E-Bank/Corporate program is intended to be used by legal entities, which perform payment operations on many local area network computers. Hal E-Bank Corporate program works in client/server mode which requires joint database, usually installed on a server, a separate, more powerful computer. The server must have the database server IBM DB2 installed. Workstations are required to have IBM DB2 Client Application installed and software of proper configuration. To perform installation on server full control administrator rights are necessary. Additional requirements have to be fulfilled when using Hal E-Bank /Corporate. Workstations have to meet the requirements stated in section Hal E-Bank /Personal. WORKSTATION REQUIREMENTS: A workstation must be connected to the local area network via TCP/IP protocol At least 100 MB additional hard disk space is required If the connection to the Hal E-Bank server uses dial-up access at least one computer running Hal E-Bank client should have a modem installed. In the event that dial-up access is used it is possible to exchange data with the bank only on computers on which modems are installed. In case that the modem is installed on only one computer, all data exchange with the bank takes place via that computer. HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVER: IBM DB2 database OS requirements: IBM DB2 ver. 7.2 Windows P Windows Server 2003 IBM DB2 ver. 8.2 Windows P Professional Windows Server 2003 IBM DB2 ver. 9.7 Windows P Professional, with SP2 or higher Windows Vista Windows 7 Professional Windows Server 2003, with SP2 or higher Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 SP1 Windows Server 2008 R2 Windows Small Business Server 4/5

5 IBM DB2 is not supported on Windows Server 2008 Core If IBM DB2 version 9 is installed on the server, the requirements for the operating system for workstations are the same as for the server. TCP/IP protocol support. Hard drive space required for IBM DB2 installation: IBM DB2 ver. 7.2, at least 200 Mb IBM DB2 ver. 8.2, at least 1 Gb IBM DB2 ver. 9.7, at least 2 Gb Hard drive space required for normal operation of IBM DB2 database is difficult to define. Greater amount is required with frequent use. An approximate amount can be calculated using the following formula: 5000 transactions = 20 MB hard drive space + received files size. Required RAM size: Windows P at least 512 MB and 4 MB for each additional user (recommended 1 GB) Windows 2003 at least 512 MB and 4 MB for each additional user (recommended 1 GB) Windows Vista/7 at least 1 GB and 4 MB for each additional user (recommended 1.5 GB) Windows Server 2008 at least 1.5 BG and 4 MB for each additional user (recommended 2 GB) RAM usage depends on other applications running on the server as well. The server must have enough RAM to manage normal operations without swapping memory. Slovenian regional settings must be set as default, at least during the installation process (»Regional Settings Slovenian«,»Set as system local«). IBM DB2 database installation. The server will have to be restarted at least twice during installation of IBM DB2 v. 7.2 on Windows P and Windows During installation of IBM DB2 v. 9.7 restart of the server is not necessary. IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE INSTALLATION ON THE SERVER BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF OUR TECHNICIAN THE FOLLOWING IS NEEDED: Creation of a folder named EbankFiles. For all future users of multi-user version of the Corporate E-Bank is required to set access to that folder (security, share, users should have the right to change folders, subfolders and files). Client accesses the server through TCP / IP port 50000, which means that the port must be opened in any firewall or router, which is located between the client and the server location. 5/5
