2 ECM 123 will be held in Gyeongju, Korea, from August 19 to 21, The city of Gyeongju served as the ancient capital of the Silla Kingdom for 1,000 years during Korea s 5,000-year history and is a UNESCO world heritage city. Like Rome, it is considered an Open-ceiling Museum, with its many historical sites rich in cultural artifacts. 4 ECM 123 Dinner on August 20 Korean Traditional Yosokkoong Yosokkoong is the site of a 7th century palace from the Silla Kingdom where a princess called Yosok once lived. Thereafter, the Choi family, one of the symbols of Korean nobility began living in and around the area from the 18th century. The Chois have continued to hand down its recipes from generation to generation such that in time it has come to establish itself as a name well associated with Gyeongju area cuisine.

5 ECM 123 Tour on August 21 Gyeongju Historic Area [UNESCO World Heritage] After ECM 123, all participants will visit the Gyeongju Historic Area together. The Gyeongju Historic Area has a total of 52 designated cultural assets that are registered as World Cultural Heritages.
