2 Introduction 1.0 The purpose of these guidelines is to explain the use of the brand style and to reinforce consistent application of the visual elements in all communications. This includes publications, presentations, and all other marketing materials both online and offline. Guidelines on the use of the logo are included. Procure Plus Brand Guidelines - Version
3 Logo Design 2.0 The company logo is an important and valued graphic element and must be used consistently and appropriately, even minor variations will undermine and compromise the image of the branding. Whilst the colour version is preferable, the logo may also be used in black & white. The logo should appear on a white background wherever possible. If not, the logo must be placed upon a solid background & should appear reversed out as shown. BLK WO Procure Plus Brand Guidelines - Version
4 Logo Usage 2.1 Always use master artwork when reproducing any logo design. It should never be recreated under any circumstances. Always ensure you are using the correct artwork for the application. When reproducing any logo elements, only the original high resolution or vector graphic files shall be used. Logos should not be taken from this document. Logo usage exclusion zone Make sure that text or other design elements do not encroach upon the logo. Space should always be given to let the logo breathe, free from distraction. The logo should always be used with a minimum exclusion zone equivalent to the height of the P in the Procure namestyle. The clear space area shown here is the minimum clear space we recommend that you increase this space wherever possible. Logo usage minimum size The full logo should never be reproduced smaller than 30mm for print or 160px for digital display, measured across the width as shown. This is to ensure legibility of the text. If the logo does need to be reproduced smaller than the recommended 30mm/100px then always use the logo without the tagline. The minimum width for this version of the logo is 20mm for print and 100px for digital display. 30mm/ 160px 20mm/ 100px Procure Plus Brand Guidelines - Version
5 Logo Usage 2.2 Appearance To keep brand consistency the logo should not be stretched, distorted or altered in any way. Correct Do not scale logo horizontally Do not scale logo vertically Do not distort Do not rotate logo Do not recolour logo Do not change logo typeface Do not use confusing backgrounds Procure Plus Brand Guidelines - Version
6 Brand Colours 3.0 Spot: Pantone Process Cyan CMYK: C.100 RGB: R.0 G.174 B.239 Spot: Pantone Process Black 85% CMYK: K.85 RGB: R.77 G.77 B.79 Spot: Pantone 639 CMYK: C.100 K.18 RGB: R.0 G.148 B.204 Accurate reproduction of the brand colour scheme is essential in communicating a clear and consistent message about the company image. The Pantone colours should be used wherever possible, with CMYK / RGB being matched as closely as possible depending on the materials and print process. Black and white are acceptable as accent colours, in addition to the colours within the assigned scheme. Where only a single colour is available, the black (BLK) & white out (WO) versions of the logo may be used. 7 Typography 4.0 Primary Typeface Arial abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ Arial Bold abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ The primary typeface is Arial. This is to ensure consistent font usage across printed and digital media and has been carefully selected to best represent the brand image. Replacing fonts with alternatives should not be done under any circumstances. Style Guide As a general rule it is recommended to use Arial Bold for main headings and sub-headings and Arial for body text. Align all body text left: avoid justification of text across the line width. Avoid the use of italics, underlining and block capitals unless essential In documents a size of 10pt for body text will be the norm. Do not use type sizes less than 6pt where possible. 8 Application 5.0 A4 Letterhead Stationery To retain consistency the logo is always placed in the top right hand corner and the graduated colour strip at the foot of the document. Business card Compliment slip Procure Plus Brand Guidelines - Version
9 Application 5.1 Signage Varying in size and proportion, signage will always use the logo and colour strip elements. The web address and/or the tagline can appear in the colour strip where necessary. Site board Procure Plus Brand Guidelines - Version
