1 PBL Program of Work Goal #1: Customer Service: To be responsive to the needs of our students, advisers, and business customers! Objective Tactic Officers Due Date Status To increase and retain Power of One Program membership to reach Flagship program of the the following milestones: Emphasizes the concept that membership growth starts with 100 % retention + 1 new member Increase 4 % or to 11,235 Members Increase Chapters by promotion of this program through 3 % or to 525 social media and blasts Chapters Chapters who achieve a growth of 1 % will Retain 87 % or 444 Chapters be recognized at the National Fall Leadership Conference (by the October 20th Membership Deadline) Chapters who achieve a growth of 1 % will be recognized at the National Leadership Conference (by the April 15th

2 Membership Deadline) Chapters with the largest increase in membership by percentage will be displayed on a Big 10 Board on the PBL homepage of fbla-pbl.org Provide additional Bylaws Assistance Program Parliamentarian resources to enable chapter success Provides support to Local and State Chapters who are chartering or revising their governing documents / programs promotion of program through social media Promotion of program to Advisers through the Adviser Hotline The National Parliamentarian will provide sample bylaws on request and available on Facebook Page Hotline Provides 24 / 7 access to the. (805) 2GO - PBL1 or (805)

3 Promotion of the program through social media, FBLA-PBL Website, COP Form, and membership cards. Track use of the Hotline to evaluate if additional resources should be created Launch The Boardroom Resource replaces the current State Officers Boardroom on the National Website This resource will include a venue for discussion, landing page for resources, and up-to-date information on the status of the NOT Program of Work Create and launch The Boardroom with President September 1, support from the National Center 2013 Upload tool-kits and resources Promotion of The Boardroom through social media

4 Oversee and manage the discussion forums Virtual Chapter Support MPVP and ERVP Create resources for the virtual chapter to enable more stable and sustainable integration in the organization Send welcome to newly registered members with resources on how to ensure engagement Provide State Officer and State Key Contact a list of their Virtual Chapter Connect Virtual Chapter members enrolled in the same institution

Objective Tactics Officers Due Date Status To support the mission of Family Spotlight NCVP the March of Dimes and reach the following milestone: Highlight FBLA-PBL members affected by the March of Dimes. Increase contributions Organize collected stories in a database by 11 % or $ 550,000 Publish stories in a spotlight feature division wide across social media periodically *This milestone is congruent Purple in Action Packet with the goal by the FBLA Tool-kit will provide a detailed description of the September 15, * March of Dimes initiatives planned by the 2014 This resource will provide detailed how-to guides for chapter implementation of MoD programs Create and compile resources promotion and distribution of the Purple in Action Packet through social NCVP, Secretary,
