1 Further Information am CHURCH ROTAS September 2015 August 2016 This is a complete master list of all the rotas and compiled in collaboration with the other rota creators so that people are not trying to cover two clashing roles at the same service! Please refer to this list. You will see that there are 2 rotas one that covers the 8.00am and 6.00pm services and one that covers the service. pm 6.00pm a designated reader reads either the Old Testament or the New Testament. Please check. a designated reader reads the Old Testament and then either the New Testament or the Gospel. Please check. Codes for the various services are shown in the box below AAW Family Service Contemporary Worship Parish Communion All Age Worship non Eucharistic- a service focussed fully on our children, some at 10.00am not am All Age Eucharist with large elements for our children a chance to do things a little differently and experience some new ways of worshipping will also include aspects for the children If you are not able to read or lead the intercessions on your designated date please arrange a swop and inform the Churchwardens. This makes it much easier when we are checking before the service begins who is doing what. Please find below the names and telephone numbers of all those on this list. For security reasons these will not be available on the list on the Church noticeboard or the website. We are not having a rota for carrying the offertory as we would like to try and involve the children wherever possible in this role, however when the children are not present we will be asking members of the congregation to do this. Many thanks for agreeing to be on a rota.
