Select Cisc Transprt Gateway and click Remve. If the prir ptin des nt wrk, then manually remve the Transprt Gateway installed directries. C4. Starting/Stpping frm Transprt Gateway UI: Click n Transprt Gateway Cnfigure icn placed in the desktp. This starts the service and launches the cnfigure settings UI. If the Transprt Gateway is nt registered r is unregistered, perfrm the fllwing steps n the Transprt Gateway applicatin: Enter the user's Cisc.cm user id, passwrd, Transprt Gateway name and Transprt Gateway descriptin (ptinal) in the respective text fields Click Apply. E2. Where can I see the registratin install status? Launch Transprt Gateway Cnfiguratin Settings UI. Click Registratin frm the left pane. Check the registered status n the right side f the UI panel. E3. Is the installed Transprt Gateway ID and passwrd in the Transprt Gateway transferable? N, the installed Transprt Gateway ID and passwrd in the Transprt Gateway is nt transferable t ther machines. E4. When will the Transprt Gateway registratin fail? The Transprt Gateway registratin fails when the: 1. Entered Cisc.cm ID and passwrd are nt valid. 2. Cnnectin t the Cisc backend culd nt be established. 3. Cnnectin with the internet failed. F1. Hw can I cnfigure prxy settings in the Transprt Gateway? Launch Transprt Gateway Cnfiguratin Settings UI, Click Prxy Settings frm the left pane. Give the apprpriate prxy server details and click Apply. F2. What is the default Prxy, and hw can I use it? Default Prxy settings are the prxy settings that are cnfigured by default in the system. The Transprt Gateway can be cnfigured t use default prxy settings by selecting Use default prxy frm the Prxy Settings Cnfiguratin UI (It assigns IP address/hstname and prt number attached with the Internet Explrer.) Launch Transprt Gateway Cnfiguratin Settings UI and recnfigure all the settings. G1. Hw can I cnfigure the Transprt Gateway with the Call Hme Mailbx? After installing the Transprt Gateway, cnfigure Prxy Settings (if needed) and cmplete the registratin. Once the registratin has been successfully cmpleted perfrm the fllwing steps: Select Cnfiguratin frm the left pane. Cnfigure the Mail Server Type, Mail Server Hstname r IP address, Accunt Name, Passwrd, Mail Server Prt Number, Send Call Hme Messages, Mail Stre Size, Ntify Address Click Save; the Transprt Gateway starts cllecting the Call Hme Messages and cntinuusly frwards them t the Cisc backend, as lng as the Transprt Gateway service stays peratinal. G2. D I need t cnfigure the Call Hme Mailbx every time after I start the service? This is nt required. Once the Transprt Gateway is cnfigured t cllect Call Hme Messages frm the Mailbx, there is n need t re-cnfigure it when the service is started. Hwever, re-cnfiguring the Transprt Gateway can be dne at any time. G3. Hw can I knw whether the Transprt Gateway started receiving the Call Hme Messages? View Lg files and check fr the fllwing lines. Set an.thread.mailreceiver.pllfrequency=<value in millisecnds>. Save the changes and stp and start the TG service. Nte: The plling time frequency shuld be prvided in millisecnds. Fr example, prvide t indicate 1 minute (i.e., 1 sec = 1000 millisecnds) G8. Hw can I stp frwarding my Call Hme Messages t the Cisc backend? Launch Transprt Gateway Cnfiguratin Settings UI. Click Cnfiguratin, frm the left pane. Uncheck the Send Call Hme Messages flag. Click Save t save the changes yu have made. G9. The Transprt Gateway retrieves Call Hme messages frm the mailbx that receives generated Call Hme messages frm cnfigured Call Hme device(s). The Transprt Gateway places these mailbx messages int the Transprt Gateway mail stre, befre sending them t the Cisc backend. The Transprt Gateway needs t detect new Call Hme messages within 5 secnds after they arrive in the mailbx. I2. When will Call Hme Messages, in the Mail Stre, be frwarded t the Cisc backend? When the Send Call Hme Messages flag, in the Cnfiguratin windw f the Transprt Gateway applicatin, is set t 'Yes', the Transprt Gateway will frward the messages, in the mail stre, t the Cisc backend. When the Send Call Hme Messages flag in the Cnfiguratin windw f the Transprt Gateway is set t 'N', the Transprt Gateway will nt frward the messages in the mail stre t the Cisc backend. If the message send fails, and the message has existed fr mre than 3 hurs in the TG mail stre, the TG will nt autmatically send the message t the Cisc backend; hwever, the custmer can manually send the message, with the help f the Mail bx UI. The ability t manually send the messages t the backend are available as lng as the failed messages are less than 2 days ld. All failed messages that are greater than 2 days will be autmatically remved frm the Transprt Gateway and never get sent t the Cisc backend. J1. What is the purpse f Test Cnnectin/Reset Passwrd buttn n the left panel f the Transprt Gateway?
