Every day between March to January The Inca Trail to Machu Picchu is rated among the best trekking trips in the world because of the exquisite beauty of its natural surroundings. This is a magnificent trek which includes different ecological areas from high deserts to Andean tropical rain-forest. Following this ancient Inca Trail, we will be walking past mysterious archaeological sites, half covered by the jungle overgrowth that looks like you are discovering them for the first time, and finally arriving to the lost city of the Incas: Machu Picchu. Our journey is conducted by experienced guides that will make your trip pleasant and safe. Our service includes native "Quechua" porters for your luggage and we will provide delicious meals during the trip.

2 Page 2 2. Inca Trail Express to Machu Picchu (2 Days / 1 Night) Easy to moderate trek. Good physical condition required 2 Days Recommended between March to January. Departure Upon request The well preserved final stretch of the Inca Trail starting at Chachabamba (km 104) on the railroad, up to Wiñaywayna and a stunning descent to Machu Picchu, hiking into the citadel through Intipunku, the door of the Sun. Night at a hotel, return to Cusco next day after guided visit of Machu Picchu. 3. Moray Maras Pichingoto Hiking. Full Day We will go head to Maras (11,152ft), which is a small Andean community. Here we will have a short visit around the town before departing on a 2 to 3 hours hike to Moray circled terraces. This site is not the ruin of a city or a fortress, it is an earthwork. The ancient people of the region took four enormous natural depressions in the landscape and sculpted them into several levels of agricultural terraces that served, hundreds of years ago, as an experimental agricultural station for the development of different strain of crops. This was possible due to the discovery of a fascinating phenomenon: the climates of many different ecological zones were present at a single site. After a short rest, we will continue our hike for 2 or 21/2 hours until we reach the Maras Salt works (10,824ft). The Maras "salt works" which is also very well known by some people "salt mines" are about 3000 small pools with an average area of 5 m² (53.8 ft²), constructed in a slope of the "Qaqawiñay" mountain.

Vilcanota Urubamba River Rafting Class 2-3 rapids. 2 hours on the river. Sacred Valley of the Incas - Cusco. Beautiful mountain views and Whitewater rafting. Experience is not necessary.
