2 II. Notification / Pre-advice In case you are not shipping your goods with Schenker, please make sure you will inform Schenker about your shipment/direct truck* before you ship off. Therefore please use Logistic/Truck notification from last page of this shipping manual. III. Deadlines: Airfreight**: Deadline for arrival to airport Berlin-Tegel (TXL): EU-goods = Mon Non EU-goods (customs goods) = Wed Courier and groupage shipments**: Deadline for arrival to above delivery address: EU-goods = Wed Non EU-goods (customs goods) = Wed Direct trucks - part/full trailer loads (only for goods under free circulation)* / **: ONLY possible during official build up and break down To enter venue with a direct truck you will need time slot IMPORTANT: All trucks for reloadings needs to be arrived at ESTREL on February 5th from 6 p.m. or during the night until February 6th 2017 until 6 a.m. Forklift with driver + worker are available during the whole day & night. The hall must be empty on February 6th 2017, 7 am. Due to a very limited space at truck zone, a late truck arrival will cause substantial waiting time. * To enter venue with a direct truck you will need time slot ** All cargo must be shipped prepaid Costs will be paid by shipper. 3 V. Documents Airfreight: Please send Schenker Logistic/Truck notification form incl. a copy of AWB (Air Waybill). If you ship Non EU-goods*** we need a proforma invoice additionally. Please consign AWB to above mentioned address from. Courier- and groupage shipments: Please send Schenker filled out Logistic/Truck notification form from this shipping manual. If you ship Non EU-goods*** we need a proforma invoice additionally. Marking and Packing Please choose a stable and if you are planning a return shipment, a reusable packaging. 4 VII. Insurance Please make sure to arrange transport insurance for your goods. This policy should cover the transport to the exhibition, time during exhibition and the return transport. To arrange transport insurance, we are happy to assist you. Otherwise we will automatically book a carrier s insurance which covers only damages in the custody of. VIII. Terms and conditions of trading We operate exclusively in accordance with the Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen 2016 ( ADSp 2016 ) (German Freight Forwarders' General Terms and Conditions 2016) or, to the extent the logistics services we provide are not covered by ADSp 2016, then the General Terms and Conditions of Logistics-Services Providers March 2006 ( Logistik-AGB ) will apply. Pursuant to clause 23 of ADSp 2016, liability for loss and damage of goods, which is limited under Section 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) to 8,33 Special Drawing Right per kilogram (SDR/kg), is further limited to the higher of Euro 1 Million and 2 SDR/kg per claim provided that all claims per event are limited to the higher of Euro 2 Million and 2 SDR/kg; and where multimodal transport with sea carriage is involved to 2 SDR/kg. In addition the Fair and Exhibition Conditions are applicable. The "Bundesfachgruppe Schwertransporte und Kranarbeiten (BSK)" terms and conditions are the basis for heavyload orders.
