6 Conditions of the Tennis Astralia Coach Membership Program I nderstand and agree that: 1. I am bond by all relevant Tennis Astralia Limited (TA) policies (as developed or amended by TA from time to time) inclding, bt not limited to, the Member Protection Policy, the Coaches Code of Condct, the Anti-Doping Policy, Cardio Tennis and Hot Shots program terms and conditions, made available to me at tennis.com.a/coaches/membership/policies. 2. I acknowledge that in order to protect the integrity and safety of the sport of tennis I mst comply with: (a) TA s screening reqirements which reqire all Astralian coach members to obtain and maintain local Astralian Working With Children or National Police Checks and where reqested by TA, complete and sign Member Protection Declaration forms; and (b) TA s insrance eligibility reqirements which, among other things, reqire Qalified Coaches to maintain crrent first aid certification and Trainee Coaches to be spervised in all tennis coaching activities by Qalified Coaches. 3. TA may reject my application for Coach Membership, accept my application bt impose certain conditions, or sspend, or cancel, my Coach Membership dring the membership term based on any of the following: (a) my breach of these Conditions or any policy referred to in Condition 1 above; (b) the reslts of TA s screening processes, my failre to deliver screening docments, or TA otherwise becoming aware of other information abot actal or alleged criminal activities; or (c) my failre to meet TA s insrance eligibility reqirements. 4. As a Coach Member I mst: (a) act in a professional and lawfl manner at all times; (b) promote and spport TA s programs and activities to the greatest extent practicable; (c) not do, or have previosly done, anything that may, in TA s reasonable opinion, bring TA or the sport of tennis into disrepte. 5. I mst not se TA s Tennis Logo in any advertising or promotional material nless athorised by TA in accordance with a Licence Agreement for se of the Tennis Logo. 6. TA-branded niform, eqipment and proprietary coaching corse materials (inclding materials hosted on the Bonce online platform) provided to me by TA from time to time: (a) mst not be on-sold, defaced or reprposed in any way; (b) may only be sed in the delivery of tennis activities promoted or endorsed by TA (and not for delivery of tennis activities promoted by other tennis organisations). 7. I nderstand that Coach Membership fees are non-refndable (even if a membership is sspended or cancelled) and Coach Membership is personal and not transferable. 8. If I am Trainee Coach Member, I mst only: (a) coach nder spervision of Qalified Coach Members (to ensre insrance eligibility); and (b) demonstrate reasonable progress towards Qalified stats by completing a coaching corse recognised by TA within for years of commencing Trainee Coach membership. 9. To be eligible for Qalified or Bsiness Package Coach Membership, I mst have coaching qalifications which are recognised by TA (and mst be able to provide evidence of my qalifications pon reqest by TA). 10. To be eligible for International Coach Membership, I mst have a residential address otside of Astralia (and will provide proof of residence to TA pon reqest). 11. I have read and nderstood the details of the insrance cover provided to me and described at TennisPrograms/TennisCoaches.aspx. I accept that any additional insrance cover is my sole responsibility. 12. TA may amend these conditions at any time dring the membership term for operational, bsiness, secrity or safety prposes and will me if an amendment occrs. 13. I consent to TA, its State-based Member Associations and government and commercial partners taking, retaining and reprodcing my image and likeness in any way pertaining to my membership or involvement in tennis. I agree that any sch images or likeness may be sed by any of these parties in reporting or marketing materials inclding online pblications withot any frther notice or payment to me. Privacy To assist s in the provision of prodcts and services, we need to collect personal information abot yo. When yo provide personal information yo agree that this will be sed by TA and other Astralian Tennis Organisations nder the terms of this statement, and the tennis privacy policy located at tennis.com.a/ privacy, which contains information abot how yo may access and seek correction of yor personal information or complain abot a breach of yor privacy, and how we will deal with that complaint. If yo do not agree, yo mst not provide yor personal information, and yo may be nable to access all of or prodcts and services. TA and other Astralian Tennis Organisations may disclose yor personal information to other parties, inclding or related companies, other Astralian Tennis Organisations, and third parties who provide s services. From time to time, these third parties may be located (and therefore yor personal information may be disclosed) overseas, inclding to the USA and the Netherlands and as otherwise specified in the Tennis privacy policy.
