The team is once again putting together a commemorative yearbook of player profiles, pictures, schedules, and spirit ads. This program s success relies heavily on the support from parents and the local business community. We will print copies to give away at the end of the season to the players and supporters. The money raised will be used to not only offset the cost of the soft cover yearbook, but to help purchase much needed equipment, including uniforms. This is a fundraiser for youth sports. 9 FVHS Girls Soccer Volunteer Commitees Committee Volunteer Name Duties Team Representative Varsity Bob Dinsmore The team rep will assist with confirming the roster JV dempographics and maintaining it as needed. This Frosh rep will plan pizza parties and ensure team member participation in all fundraising events. The team rep will coordinate with the team captains regarding coaches gifts at end of season banquet. Team Photographer Varsity Bob Dinsmore The team photographer will take action shots of JV each player on the team. The team photographer Frosh will provide cropped and edited photos to the DVD coordinator for the team DVD. 7 or 8 pictures per player will suffice and video is welcomed. Audio/Visual Varsity Audio committee chair will ensure that the PA system (provided by the school), score board, music and game commentating is provided at all home games. Yearbook Coordinator Varsity The yearbook coordinator will collect photos from JV all level photographers, photos from Picture Day, Frosh biography from Senior players and Varsity players and spirit ads for creating the yearbook. Auxillary Officer All Levels The Auxillary Officer will establish a committee or committees that coordinate efforts including Welcome BBQ; Senior Day and End of Year Banquet.
