Banfield (Players and Staff) PLAYERS COACHES DOUBLE or TRIPLE Rooms DOUBLE ROOMS ARRIVAL (CHECK-IN) (12:00 Noon) DEPARTURE (CHECK-OUT): (7nights) Sport Complex taxes (21 %) and maids gratuities ARE INCLUDED in this proposal GROUND TRANSPORTATION Charter Bus for the delegation. Late model equipped with A/C, radio, all permits and required licenses is available for all programmed activities for the 8 days while in BA (Tolls and Parking fees ARE INCLUDED ). 4 MEALS LAUNDRY (3) Meals per day will be provided to the team: Breakfast; Lunch & Dinner. (All special diets will be included and supervised) Sports gear (training and/or game) laundry will be provided daily for the group. Laundry bag will be picked up daily from the Coach Room at 7PM and it will be returned within 24 hours. TRAINING FACILITY and conference rooms Training facility: field, properly marked and equipped, and conference room will be provided every day per the group required schedule. This FINAL schedule will be finish at least 3 weeks prior to delegation s arrival date. EQUIPMENT AND TRAINERS ROOMS One room per team to use as trainers office an equipment deposit PERSONNEL One liaison person plus one assistant (both fully bi-lingual English / Spanish) will be available on a 24 hours basis for group/ team delegation (staying at same HOTEL). GAMES Will be played at a professional field, properly marked and equipped and (3) Pro-league referees will be available for the game. Lockers rooms and bottled water, ice and first aid box will also be supplied. Opponents: Will be assigned from a pool of Top teams, all of them Youth divisions of Professional Argentine Clubs Video: All matches & training clinics to be recorded and DVD ready for departure time (WITHOUT EDITION) TAXES Unless it is expressly mentioned such as Airports taxes most (Hotel, Transportation, Tolls, etc.) taxes ARE included.
