2 WELCOME TO LONDON CITY AIRPORT British Airways is proud to be the leading airline at London City Airport with the highest number of destinations and customers, and operates services to a range of business and leisure focused destinations, mainly within Europe via subsidiary BA CityFlyer. At London City you are greeted with a single terminal which gives you the opportunity to pass though and board your flights quickly and easily. You can check a minimum of just 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time if travelling with hand luggage only, or 20 minutes if you have bags to check in. British Airways services operate to a total of 30 destinations from London City, of which 27 services are operated by BA CityFlyer. BA CityFlyer operate a total of 19 aircraft comprising Embraer 170 and 190s and a Saab British Airways also offers a bespoke twice daily Club World only service to New York from London City on a custom-fitted A318 aircraft.

Billund and Hamburg services are operated by Sun Air. All other services are operated by BA CityFlyer

4 TRAVEL London City Airport is located in the heart of London, and is a favourite of business and leisure travellers alike. Arrive in the Docklands are of London, perfect for accessing the City, near to the financial centres and business districts. City centre location means that arriving customers can access central London in just 22 minutes via the DLR. As well as the DLR, which is just steps from the arrivals and departures hall, bus and taxi services are available right at the airport s entrance, connecting you to central London 24 hours a day. If connecting on to Heathrow, the Heathrow Express and Heathrow Connect services operate between Heathrow Airport and Paddington station, while for connections to Gatwick, the Gatwick Express and First Capital Connect services operate from London Bridge/St Pancras and London Bridge/Victoria respectively.

5 THE LATEST AIRCRAFT BA CityFlyer operates a fleet of 20 aircraft on European services from London City, largely the latest Embraer jet, following a recent fleet expansion. Fleet comprises six 76-seat Embraer 170s, twelve 98-seat Embraer 190SR' and 2 50-seat Saab 2000 offering delicious meals and expertly sourced wines. In 2014 alone we began flying an additional three Embraer 190s and a Saab 2000, with further fleet expansion planned. The new generation Embraer aircraft are fuel efficient, less harmful to the environment and provide exceptional comfort for our customers, who are always guaranteed an aisle or window seat with generous legroom.

8 THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY The airport is equipped with the latest technology to ensure all passengers are treated to an efficient and well-connected experience at all times during their transit. Check-in online is available at ba.com, open 24 hours before a flight departs. Customers can print boarding cards at home or download onto a smartphone. Alternatively, facilities at the terminal to check in, choosing a seat and printing boarding cards are available. Customers with baggage to check can use one of 23 selfservice kiosks to print luggage tags before dropping them off at the desk. At the airport British Airways helpful staff will be on hand to guide and give any assistance needed. There are also four check-in and bag drop desks.

9 YOUR JOURNEY THROUGH THE AIRPORT Bag drop desks open two hours prior to departure time on the day of travel, with the first desk of the day opening at 05:30. Check in desks open at 05:00 each day. This exclusive haven away from the hustle and bustle of the airport is the perfect place to unwind with a drink or snack before boarding. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the airport, while public internet stations are also available on a pay as you go basis in the departure lounge. Food and drink outlets are available both before and after security along with plenty of relaxing seating, and there is also a WHSmith on the terminal concourse plus duty free and other shopping facilities once you have passed through security. Free shoe shine and jacket steaming services are also available in the terminal building.

10 AIRPORTR London City Airport is working with Airportr to offer a service to our premium customers enabling them enjoy a luggage transfer service Carousel Collection is currently exclusive and complimentary for all BA Executive Club members when booking a standard AirPortr delivery and is available on British Airways services arriving from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Isle of Man. This service has a planned roll out for all international destinations over the next few months. Passengers are then able to enjoy their time in London immediately on arrival while their luggage is collected from the carousel and delivered later at a pre-arranged time and location.
