There are several approaches from a contract viewpoint, which includes a joint team approach that serves the customer best: Separate contract documents with the customer (Co-marketing to win services solution jointly) Partner Prime and subs back to Oracle Oracle Prime and subs back to Partner Where a partner is already engaged, Oracle Consulting will not compete. Instead, will collaborate with the Partner and the Oracle License Sales Representative to add value based on strengths Where a customer asks Oracle Consulting to bid on an engagement we will do so with transparency to the partner and the Oracle License Sales Representative Respect on non-solicitation of each others talent
