3 A LETTER FROM OUR GENERAL MANAGER Welcome to Liberty Center, a place where family fellowship, pristine parks, rich recreation, and diverse cultural outlets ground the community in which we live. We are excited for you to explore all that Liberty Center has to offer across our 1.3 million square feet of mixed-use development. Liberty Center focuses on enhancing community life and wellness where you live, work, shop, and play. Seeking opportunities that contribute to our mission, we have partnered with two community partners Cincinnati Children s Hospital Medical Center and TriHealth. Not only will we provide a variety of wellness and outreach programs to elevate both the physical environment and programming of a community, but we offer two premier event spaces for community and private events. Situated between The Park and The Square, atop our Rooftop Acropolis, Sabin Hall by Cincinnati Children s Hospital and Unity Chapel by TriHealth are nestled right in the heart of the property with extraordinary views of the grounds. From a 1937 semi-grand Baldwin piano to a customizable Mandala feature, the Unity Chapel is a living, breathing get-away for the soul. Featuring two glass garage doors and equipped with state of the art technology, Sabin Hall can be transformed to bring any event to life. Both spaces offer complimentary parking, Wi-Fi access, elevator access, spacious restrooms and changing areas, and much more. Cincinnati Children s is ranked as one of the top three pediatric and young adult medical centers in the world. Cincinnati Children s is unique in its view of wellness as a systems issue, with intervention strategies and programs that extend beyond the medical environment to all aspects of the community. Liberty Center s partnership with TriHealth brings a wide variety of wellness programs to the community each month. From yoga classes to physician lectures and medical screenings, we want to keep your life centered. TriHealth is a mission-based organization actively working to benefit the communities they serve, particularly the underserved and disadvantaged. As an innovator in preventative care, communityoriented medicine, wellness services and healthy living education, TriHealth s focus is aimed at curating improved outcomes. Together Liberty Center and TriHealth have formed this partnership as a special purpose organization to realize the vision of developing a Community Wellness facility and a variety of Healthy Living Programs.
