Our talented instructors are the best in the area and come to each class ready to share their passion and enthusiasm for fitness! We offer a HUGE selection of over 75 weekly group fitness classes to meet your programming needs. You choose what works for you! You do not need to be a Centennial Fitness Center member to participate in group fitness classes. Simply purchase a Fitness Class Pass available in single, ten, twenty, and unlimited class packages. The Fitness Class Pass gets you into almost any class on our schedule (excluding speciality training classes and classes held at South Park). Fitness Passes are valid for 6 months, are non-transferable, and cannot be shared. Not sure where to start or want to request a new class be added to the schedule? 3 Group Fitness AGES 14 & UP Classes Butts, Abs & Guts An effective lower body workout to tone your abs, butt, and thighs in an amazing workout. Functional Training, cardio balance, and flexibility training to prepare for life s challenges. Tone up every major muscle group, increase bone density, and decrease body fat into lean muscle. Pelvic & Core Training This class strengthens your pelvic floor (improving bladder control) and strengthens the glutes with movements from Yoga/Pilates and using the Pelvicore ball. Power Ballet Barre A ballet-inspired cardio and strength workout utilizing a ballet bar, hand weights, and body weight to sculpt and burn calories-minimal sweat included. A full body, strength workout using resistance bands, body weight, body bars, dumbbells, and the pelvicore ball to tighten and tone with cardio included! No muscles neglected! Developed by a Navy Seal! A full-body, small-group workout using your body and a strap to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility. All levels welcome. Classes Interval /Pump Combine rounds of high intensity and recovery with the addition of hand weights and long tubing for weight training. A complete workout in 45 minutes. Performance Monitor your performance wearing a heart rate monitor (provided) to determine if you need to add resistance, speed up, or back off for proper training. Burn calories without all of the impact on your joints! Personalized computers on each bike allow you to keep track of the calories burned, distance traveled, your pace, and how hard you are working. -N-Pump Combine cycling with light hand weights and resistance tubing for a complete workout.
