7 Intermodal Logistics Centre (RRT - ILC) Ljubljana
8 Intermodal Logistics Centre (RRT - ILC) Ljubljana Work flow The City of Ljubljana responds to the informal initiative by BTC, d.d. and Slovenian railways to start the procedure for the Detailed plan OPPN 412 Freight station (logistics terminal). The response included instructions for the preparation of a formal initiative, as well as examples of investment proposals and summaries from the Municipal spatial plan of the City of Ljubljana (November 2013). BTC, d.d. and Slovenian railways deliver their argumented initiative for the beginning of the preparation of the Detailed plan OPPN 412 Freight station (logistics terminal) to the City of Ljubljana, which accepted the initiative. The City of Ljubljana addressed the Ministry of infrastructure and planning requesting local level preparation of a detailed plan with programmes of national significance (February 2014).
9 Intermodal Logistics Centre (RRT - ILC) Ljubljana Presentation of the Intermodal logistics terminal (RRT ILC) Ljubljana as a planning proposal at the MIPIM 2014 property fair in Cannes, France (March 2014), (900 new jobs social cohesion) Meeting at the Ministry of infrastructure and planning with City of Ljubljana, BTC, d.d. and Slovenian railways, concerning the formal placement of the logistics terminal with a Detailed plan with programs of national significance (April 2014). The Ministry of infrastructure and planning formally agrees with the City of Ljubljana's request (September 2014). The Ministry of infrastructure and planning and the City of Ljubljana sign the agreement concerning preparation, financing and adoption procedure of the Detailed plan (September 2014).
10 Intermodal Logistics Centre (RRT - ILC) Ljubljana The title of the document is confirmed by the City of Ljubljana»Municipal detailed spatial plan with programmes of national significance for the Intermodal logistics Centre (RRT ILC) Ljubljana, as was stipulated in the agreement; the Institute of Traffic and Transport presents the layout of the railway infrastructure in the area (November 2014). The Institute of Traffic and Transport submits the programme guidelines for the area (January 2015). Initiatives for additional logistics programmes in the area are submitted; Slovenian railways as the landowner responds to the request, which is discussed at the Mayor's office (January 2015).
11 Intermodal Logistics Centre (RRT - ILC) Ljubljana The City of Ljubljana submits the Mayor's decision about the preparation of the Detailed plan to the Ministry of environment and planning (February 2015) The City of Ljubljana requests the Ministry of infrastructure to call a meeting of the Project Council (February 2015) and the Slovenian railways and BTC, d.d., to introduce their selected planner.
12 The Juncker Investment Plan The Juncker plan was announced July Now draft regulations from the European Commission on how they planned to implement the investment plan. The board of governors of the European Investment Bank will give recommendations for the execution of the plan on 17 February. Finance Ministers to develop the plan to suit the member states. 13 The Juncker Investment Plan The rule of EIB asked the member states to give ideas. The states each gave a list of potential projects. (Metod Dragonja: 23 Projects for Slovenia; Rail Road Terminal was proposed) The plan will last for three years, and if a company comes up with innovative patent in late 2015 and needs funding in 2016, we will be there. source:
